She left for quite some time. She needs retraining to learn that an estate account is indeed on the customer's profile, although not tied in to the access card. Rather than following a customer around the branch, this impertinent manager, Akash Narula, should be training and coaching his employees in order that they are aware of how to assist their clients. Clients pay the salaries of these bank employees!

Like every snow bird I spent the winter months outside Canada. I spend 6 months in Thailand, with my also elderly Thai wife. For fraud protection I needed a new debit card sent there. It took 6 weeks to receive a new one from this branch. Yet, they did not send me the pin number I need to put a password into an ATM. I cannot even check how much money I have in my account and whether my pension has been paid. Worst, I can't even withdraw any money. To sit penniless in a foreign country at the age of 72 for no reasons of your own, solely because employees of this branch apparently don't care to give a good service, is horrible. I am a very professional and quiet man and treat everyone else courteously and with patience. I have never had an argument with anyone at that branch. Because I worked internationally for most of my life, my pension is not very high, but this is no reasons to do unpleasant things to customers, when they live overseas or/and are elderly.

Saw it in Best buy the next week for same price....
