As for the staff, hospitals can be hit or miss, but I've only ever encountered kind and professional doctors and nurses here. Whether I'm attending my own appointments or supporting someone else, the waiting areas are generally bright, comfortable, and equipped with water dispensers and TVs. Wait times can be long, so it's a good idea to bring something to help pass the time. While signs ask patients not to use phones during appointments, staff don't seem to mind if you use your device while waiting.

They use my chart and everything is communicated quickly and effectively. If I need to refill a prescription or change an appointment I can go online and do it quickly. For in person appointments, there is adequate parking at the location. Very close to IKEA in Renton. The MA staff is very friendly and quick to get everything charted. I have not had to wait more than five minutes to see my provider when I come for appointments. I have been to their lab a couple of times for blood draws and the process is very quick and efficient. They want you to book another appointment for each issue. Then on top of that, it takes months to get an appointment. Today I had an appointment for a hepatitis vaccination. As I'm waiting in the parking lot I get a call from PacMed saying that unfortunately they ran out of the vaccine. I'm like WTF?! Who is in charge of verifying that this place has all their vaccines, meds and supplies to treat their patients that have scheduled appointments?! Someone is definitely not doing their job. So, now that I wasted my gas, and my time coming to my scheduled appointment, she ask if I would like to schedule another appointment for next week. I'm like WHY? You folks can't even guarantee that I'm going to have the vaccine for my scheduled appointment, why am I going to waste my time again.

The whole experience wonderful and everyone was so gentle and kind and supportive of your choice, I didn't feel any judgement or uncomfortable feeling, I felt i could ask anything. They took really good care of me through out everything and helped me through my emotions. Hugs, talks, everything I needed while I cried. She said that yesterday, but in fact the fax had come through because they sent a response back to my ND needing clarification on something. She responded back at 3pm yesterday. When I called to confirm today, she immediately said no, I informed her I verified with my ND and mentioned the back and forth yesterday and she still said she didn't have them, that she manned all the faxes so she would know. Firstly, lose the attitude. Maybe you made a mistake, you're not going to take 3 seconds to double check? She literally FORGOT to place a lab test order for the most important thing that my appointment was for. I was FASTING that morning for nothing. After I messaged her office, she did not apologize. I had to be fasting again, waste time and gas to go to the lab for the second time. Then realized AFTER my 2nd blood work, Amy Diyi Chen MD ordered a blood test that I did NOT ask/need, and it was already done 2 months ago. TWO mistakes by the same MD in 2 months.
