This WOULD have been our fourth year with Pristine Green Complete…read more I thought we had a good working relationship. I guess we did NOT. Many things were overlooked. Oil leaks on the freshly sealed driveway, oil leaks on our neighbors driveway, The end of our driveway damaged multiple times from the Pristine Green truck and trailer backed over the the edge haphazardly. The lawn edging being scalped too closely during a drought. Clayton was responsive to our calls about damage and tried to mitigate the problems promptly. We did have issues with not being billed timely, or the owner providing a nonviable address to have our bill pay service send his checks. Perhaps your experience will be better than ours. We severed our relationship with him because He decided to not show up this year and could not be bothered to let us know or respond to our outreach. Not accustomed to conducting business like that. In reply to owners response to my review. Clayton, You must be mistaken, I am not aware that I canceled your service, nor anyone under my employ doing so. I do remember texting you once and calling you once to inquire about this seasons start date. Just wanted to arrange mowing date for Easter, The courtesy of a reply was never extended to me. I was unable to see any other communications with you or your wife since the first week of November.

From the new patio design to the perfectly placed plants and lighting, the space feels like something out of a magazine. They turned a dull, uninspired yard into a stunning outdoor retreat. Even better? They're incredibly professional and punctual--the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. I've already signed on with them for snow removal this winter because I trust them that much. They are great with larger sidewalks and patio areas that may take many days, as well as a smaller area that may only take them a few hours. We settled on building a dry creek bed made up of creek gravel highlighted with various sizes of boulders scattered throughout. The remaining area was to be filed in with mulch. Tim suggested a specific mulch that does not float so as to stay in place. As I wanted to have some color in the back yard Tim suggested a flowering tree and several flowering bushes and ferns. The result not only met my expectations but far exceeded it. Tim's crew was professional and timely and was a true pleasure work with. They even went farther than expected to ensure what was added blended in with what I already had and everything was perfect. After seeing the excellent results, I decided to replace an overgrown tree in my front yard. Once again exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend Beautiful Earth (Tim) for any landscaping needs. My only regret is that I do not have anything else for them to do at this point in time. Thanks Tim and crew.
