They were very pleasant to deal with in person, but get them on the phone and the "customer service" is non existent. Initially claimed they don't deliver, which makes me question if they paid bots to write good reviews on their "delivery service" . But they made their lack of successful communication really clear when they told us if we had just paid them extra, then they would deliver the flowers to the funeral home instead. Ever delivered flowers to your own families funeral? Well if you'd like the chance and want to be treated poorly in the process, this is the place for you! Most shops in the area were closed for some reason, and grocery stores don't seem to carry flowers like I'm used to, but I called and they said they could meet me at their shop in 15 minutes. At this point I was running late, but they were calm, had a fresh collection of beautiful flowers, and with no fuss, helped arrange a beautiful arrangement.
