They were very pleasant to deal with in person, but get them on the phone and the "customer service" is non existent. Initially claimed they don't deliver, which makes me question if they paid bots to write good reviews on their "delivery service" . But they made their lack of successful communication really clear when they told us if we had just paid them extra, then they would deliver the flowers to the funeral home instead. Ever delivered flowers to your own families funeral? Well if you'd like the chance and want to be treated poorly in the process, this is the place for you! The ad for the shop showed that they had a lot of different plants, so I gave them a call. The number came up as "Florida" which threw me for a bit, but the owner assured me she was in Muldrow. I told her what I wanted and she sent me pictures. She picked out several plants and sent me texts until we agreed on the right mix of plants. The final basket was gorgeous! I am so thankful she spent the time to put together the perfect gift. I would definitely purchase from The Flower House again!

I won a giveaway from The Flower House during a live sale and, wanting to support the business,…read morepurchased three additional items from them at the same time. After the live ended, the seller canceled my giveaway order without any explanation. When my package arrived, it contained the three items I purchased but not the giveaway item I had won. I reached out and waited three days for a response. When they finally responded, I was told I would need to pay $0.60 so they could create another shipping label to send the giveaway item they had failed to include. I declined because, regardless of whether it was 60 cents or $60, I did not believe I should have to pay anything to correct the seller's mistake. Nearly a full year later, The Flower House responded to my Facebook review emphasizing that they had "only" asked me to pay 60 cents. Immediately after posting their response, they blocked me from their Facebook page, preventing me from responding to their comment. I've attached a screenshot of that interaction. The amount of money was never the issue. It was the way the situation was handled from beginning to end. I supported their business by making additional purchases, received no communication when my giveaway was canceled, was asked to pay to correct their mistake, and then a year later they publicly responded to my review and blocked me before I could reply. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this business again.

Most shops in the area were closed for some reason, and grocery stores don't seem to carry flowers like I'm used to, but I called and they said they could meet me at their shop in 15 minutes. At this point I was running late, but they were calm, had a fresh collection of beautiful flowers, and with no fuss, helped arrange a beautiful arrangement.
