5 stars. I've been coming here for all my tire rotations, and they've also fixed a few flats for me…read moreover time. Every visit has been smooth and straightforward. The customer service is consistently excellent -- professional, efficient, and respectful. What I appreciate most is that there's never any upselling or unnecessary labor recommended. They take care of what needs to be done and don't try to pad the bill. All around, a great store. I'll definitely continue coming back for all of my tire needs.

Exceptional customer service -- truly above and beyond…read more The employees at this Discount Tire are absolutely awesome. They hustle, they care, and they genuinely want to help you out. Here's the backstory: I was driving home from work when my TPMS warning popped up saying my rear passenger tire was low. I pulled into a gas station to air it up, but it was losing pressure fast and wouldn't hold air. Since I drive an EV and don't have a spare tire, I knew I was in trouble if I didn't get it fixed immediately. Luckily, I remembered there was a Discount Tire just a few miles away. I was racing the clock because they close at 6 pm, but I made it there with about five minutes to spare. The moment I pulled in, a young gentleman named Ingmar saw the worried look on my face and immediately reassured me that they'd take care of me and get me in and out quickly. He grabbed a flashlight, checked the tire, confirmed it wasn't holding air, and got straight to work. What impressed me most was how far he went to help -- even though I wasn't in a bay and they were about to close. Ingmar looped in his manager, brought out a jack, jacked up my car right there at the air check station, removed the tire, did the dunk test, and found the culprit: a tiny staple. He patched the tire on the spot, inspected my other tires, and gave me helpful recommendations without any pressure. I was honestly blown away. He dropped what he was doing to help a stressed-out customer at closing time, and he did it with professionalism and kindness. I made sure to shake his hand, thank him, and get his name. This was hands-down some of the best service I've ever received at a tire shop. Because of Ingmar and the team here, I'll absolutely be back for my next set of tires -- and I'll be recommending this location to friends and family without hesitation. If you want a place that treats you like a priority and genuinely has your back, this is it.

Wrong alignment done on low car charged me $120 to still…read morehave my car with a crooked steering wheel. I went back and told him about the issue and he blamed it on my suspension. I had gotten my car completely checked before I went to go the alignment done but he insists that it's because of my suspension. I was also told that he would have to charge me $50-60 more just to check if he did it right?? even so he said that he can't guarantee that my steering wheel is going to be straight. I would not recommend coming here for an alignment if you have a low car or car with suspension.

"Wrong job? Don't lecture me, kid."…read more I came to your shop with one specific issue: my car was pulling to the right, even though the steering wheel itself was straight. I expected professional service and a solution. Instead, I left with an even bigger problem -- now the wheel is crooked, and the car still pulls to the right. I returned to your shop and calmly explained that the problem remained. I told you that now, to keep the car straight, I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the left, which is uncomfortable and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told the job was "done correctly." But when I compared the numbers you set with the manufacturer's specs, the difference was obvious. You insisted the issue was in the suspension and the strut, but even if that were true, no alignment should leave the steering wheel crooked. Originally, the wheel was straight -- after your work, I ended up with two problems instead of one. To make it worse, you told me: "Let's put it on the rack again, and if everything shows green, you'll pay us again for nothing." That's not professionalism -- that's bluffing. I don't need "proof" on a screen. I need results. Instead of correcting the problem and setting the values as close as possible to the manufacturer's golden range, you behaved unpleasantly and arrogantly. My car is over ten years old, and I understand perfection isn't easy, but professionalism means both proper work and respect toward the customer. Sadly, I saw neither. The person who performed the service showed rudeness, disregard, and a complete unwillingness to listen. These qualities are unacceptable for someone entrusted with people's safety on the road. At another shop, they told me: "We can fix this." That proves the problem isn't my car -- the problem is the poor work and the attitude of the one who did it.
