Last year I bumped the fake rock that covers those pipes, causing a water leak emergency that Randy from Sprinkler Master handled quickly and for a reasonable price. When I called Sprinkler Master, I explained the situation to Naomi and she quickly got us on the repair schedule. She was friendly and personable, and put my mind at ease, which is no easy feat. Terrell came out and dug up the area around those pipes and located the source of the leak. He went to work, ultimately outsmarting those tricky connections and solved the problem. He replaced the dirt, cleaned up the work site, and did it all with a friendly, helpful attitude and pride in his work. Even better, he informed me that this was a warranty repair so there was no charge. At a time in life when so many things seem to be going wrong and money is tight, this company, the employees, and their work ethic is a huge blessing. My wife and I had the most terrible experience with Whipple service champions and it has been an…read moreongoing process for many months. We hired them to replace our water main in the front yard of our property. We were told that our beautiful yard and garden were going to be put back to how it was before the job started, and we moved the things they said needed to be moved. The communication after that was practically non existent, and they caused massive amounts of damage to our front yard and house. We lost a ton of our flowers and plants in our garden as they were buried with dirt from digging the trench. We also lost sentimental iron art that was buried or stolen. Who knows. After they told us the job was complete and we're leaving our property I came home from work to find the whole front yard demolished with dirt scattered everywhere, including all over our grass. Our flagstones were cracked and smashed by the mini excavator they brought in, and it damaged the side of our house and they never told us. They tried to cover it up by hiring a stucco repair guy the same day. Nothing was disclosed to us about that. We tried reaching the manager of the local branch as well as the SLC branch but got no replies until we emailed them threatening legal action. No surprise they finally answered at that point. They said they can come and "fix" all of their mistakes which took several more weeks, with many broken promises throughout the process. They never came to fix the grass and ghosted us again. After this traumatic experience was finally wrapping up we ask them if we can receive a discount and they ghosted us yet again and have yet to reply. We've spent almost $20,000 with whipple and this is how we are treated. You are much better off using any other company in the area

We tried to be understanding of the situation within the company but the owner was terrible about communicating with us. We finally got what we contracted to have done finished before Thanksgiving with the promise, after we paid him, he would be back in the spring to help us with our sprinkler system, and replace any plants that died. We have been calling since March to schedule a time for him to come out, but he never returns our calls or texts. We hired another company to help us with our sprinkler system this spring as well as finish setting up the water feature. We also contracted someone else to finish planting the back yard and replace all the plants that have died in the front. The quality of the work is satisfactory but we now know from other landscapers in our area that we paid a premium for the work.
