I'm comparing this to the Ica Focus on the other side of town across from Liseberg. It's the closest to our flat in Klippan Kultureservat/Röda Sten hip little neighborhood in Majorna, the heartland of Göteborgs hipsterland when they start to settle down and breed. That's probably why they have a decent and complete selection of organic and environmentally friendly Swan marked everything. TB cleaner, stove.and tile cleaner, TP, etc. Environmentally friendly fresh avocados, coconut oil, coconut flour, ecological cocoa powder, gluten free bread mixes, etc. Etc. I can and do find the basics I need here and usually walk past the 2 tram stations between because both.of.the mearest stations leading back to my stop puts me almost 1 stop of walking, so its easier to jidt walk. The prices are not the cheapest, but Im not sure if its because of high rent or because it is hipster supplies. I know I've boight almomd and rice flour cheaper at other stores. The aisles are VERY tight, so if someone doesn't move out of your way, well, you are stuck. Some people seem oblivious to this fact. Or maybe I'm not supposed to buy so much, just 1 meal at a time. Staff are alternately friendly and a bit stressed. Friendly at checkout stressed in the aisles when they must constantly move to let.customers pass.

While "Fram" does have only organic items there, it's often a very limited selection and the quality I've found can also be questionable. We've got lettuce from there, only to get it home and see it's totally infected with bugs. Their selection of vegetables is also hit or miss, which I'd assume is due to the fact they need to source their produce from all over the world. One day they have something, the next day it's gone. The people who own/run the store are very friendly, although with it's small size and the general demeanor of Swedes when it come to common manners (well at least what I'm used to in the state), and sometimes going here can be frustrating. We often go here to grab the few organic things we can, and then go across the street to Hemkop and get everything else. It's better then nothing, and is great for being in Sweden, but your jaws not going to drop by going in here if you're an organic foodie.
