We only have a short amount of time for that appt, however, we do have an opening at 10:40am with more time to evaluate/fix the veneer. Please call our office at 920-437-3376 to let us know if this works for you.  Are you kidding me!? The day before my appointment and suddenly there is a "short amount of time"? This is very unprofessional. I can't rearrange my schedule at the drop of a hat. Wouldn't this be known (amount of time needed) when the appointment was made considering they knew EXACTLY what was being addressed in the first place!? Having no crown at all for two weeks has not been easy or entirely painless either. I could have made an appointment with a reputable company and not wasted my time here. Now I will have to find somewhere else and wait all over again to get this done! Thanks for absolutely nothing. I got an appointment at Parc Village Dental the same week I called them. They did a stellar job and had enough time for me, no last minute excuses either. I'm glad I went here instead since they know how to schedule enough time for an appointment and keep it. In the case of Dr. Brusky, I feel that the steps have been taken to carefully review treatment options as he did with a major bridge that was beginning to fail. I had multiple extensive dental procedures completed over multiple visits. Dr. Scott created an upper 6 tooth partial, which is one of the best things that has increased my quality of life and created a beautiful smile. A smile that I rarely showed. At the end of the 2 hours, I was told to return to have my teeth cleaned and that I needed periodontal cleaning done at over $1200. I did not return. I went and received a cleaning at a former dentist and 2nd opinion on the periodontal work. My former dentist said my gums were healthy and did not need periodontal work. It seemed like Dental Care of Bellevue was looking for a problem, since I take good care of my teeth.

Again and again this cycle has repeated itself. Promises that she'd get a call from Kim and like magic no call. No explanation. There have been no fewer than a dozen contacts with the office staff and no explanation of the charge, disregard. Until early November when she received a notice that the charge had gone to collections. Really? She paid the bill, not wanting it to be a blemish on her credit, still not knowing what it's for as the staff can't tell her. Make promises to provide an update and never call back at a minimum a dozen times. So, it's been roughly 6 months of back and forth and their billing group still can't or won't tell her what the magic $30 charge was for. I can't speak for the dental care. She hasn't complained about treatment, but the sheer frustration that has accompanied her experience with these people is bordering on criminal. Hard No! Lance it appears that you spoke with Kim and resolved this issue. Much appreciated. This issue however went on for 5 months. Had I not made posted review I'm positive it's still be going on. We literally called the number you posted more than a dozen times without a return call. She had some cavities and was treated (supposedly) at De Pere Smiles. She experienced a tooth pain so I had to go to a new dentist. What they found shocked me! All cavities were treated wrong, the dentist at De Pere Smiles was doing minimal work, Here is what she need to have now: 1- One tooth is completely untreatable so must be extracted. 2- Four crowns; 2 white and 2 silver crowns. I paid De Pere Smiles around $1000 (out of my pocket) during the last 6 months and now look what happed to us.
