What really sets them apart is their incredible quality. I'm talking about what I'd call double or thicker stitching--it's just richer, more durable, and looks leaps and bounds better than what I've seen from other places here in the Tampa Bay area. Our designs truly pop! And here's a massive bonus for groups and businesses: they keep your designs on file! Two years later, we wanted to order a new batch, and the process was instant and seamless. No redesign fees, no hassle--just quick, quality reorders. If you need professional, high-quality, long-lasting custom embroidery, stop looking around and go straight to Embroidertoo! They are definitely a local gem that deserves your business!

Went in to get some hats embroidered and left in a hurry!…read more First impressions: The place looked like a mess, there was clothes and supplies laying all over the place, and a child sleeping on a sofa. Looked like pure chaos. Customer service: I spoke in person to a man who was pretty stand-offish. He spoke to me in a manner that made me feel like my presence annoyed him. I briefly explained that I needed two hats embroidered for my business (I wanted to see how they would come out first before I decided to order more hats/shirts for my business.) The man said that It was going to be "very expensive", he quoted me $65 to turn my logo into an embroidery file and said each hat would be $10 to embroider. At the time I didn't think the price was too bad, but the way he was speaking to me and the sarcasm turned me away from doing any business there. Conclusion: I can't recommend this place. I ended up calling another company. They only charged me $15 to turn me logo into an embroidery file and did my hats for $12 a piece. Don't settle for bad customer service, take your business where it is appreciated and where you get treated right!

I support local businesses when I can, but honestly I should have tailored my suit at Nordstroms…read more When I arrived, the tailor was not there, but my suit was measured without the actual tailor taking the measurements. I'm not impressed with the fit of my jacket and the pants are a bit too short. Also, I was charged for an alteration which was not performed resulting in having to leave my pants for almost another week. Somehow I was charged even more than the original quote. Lastly, when the tailor was actually there and saw me try on my suit he offered no feedback and really seemed to not care about the fit. On a positive note, they did successfully sew a button correctly on a shirt I brought in.

Judy's Tailor Shop does a great job, is affordable and has wonderful customer service. Her and her family would never scream in a customer's face.
