I was very embarrassed about the situation but Patrick made me feel like I wasn't a bad person and these things just happen. For an attorney his bed side manner was execellent and I felt like he really cared about me and the outcome of my case. He spoke to me many times on the phone to remind me that these things happen and he was confident he could get the charges dropped due to his knowledge of the Boston legal system and his relationships with the county procurators. I asked a ton of question and Patrick was very nice and answered them in a way that made me feel like everything was under control. He's not one to brag but he knows the Boston legal system very well and is a well respected member of the of the court, and well liked by the judges and procurators. He got me a very fair judgement and came back multiple times to my defense and never asked for incremental fees. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He reputation within the Boston legal system is outstanding and he was clearly the best attorney when my day in court arrived. I could have been happier with my choice of attorneys.

Makes a district case transfer to Supior so he can ask for money every time he is supposed to show up. He was there a couple times to make sure that the case was going to be delayed as many times as he could possibly get it delayed. If one day is good for one its not for him. Then he was actually FIRED by me. He saw me go up the stairs to talk to another person I knew in dedham, so I could ask him what I do now that I just fired my Attorney. And Donovan was on the phone with my father trying to get him to mail another check! Is that legal? Nope! And it is/was recorded. So, when my father asked for some of his money back since Patrick really did more damage than anything good, Patrick sent him a piece of paper with fake fees and dates on it and he charged for the "free consult". This was 2011/2012. The way my father found him was online where it stated "FREE CONSULTATION". He charged more for the things he did and made happen. He is 5 star at getting all the money he can, and i can't see how he would ever get to trial. He was at court 3 times. And kept it in pre-trial. I fired him for shouting in the middle of the 2 courts, outside; you blah blah blah. And the blah was him saying I did what I was being accused of by a mentally ill person that I had a restraining order on. It was a lawyers dream case. The plaintiff plead the 5th. Lol. Yet he did that, and called to try to get more money before I got home but I called my father right when I got to my car. And he was trying to inbezzle another 5 digit check from the perosn that wanted me to have an attorney. But in the end my court appointed Dedham Attorney did all it took to get it dropped. It never even went to court. So I should have gone to the board and sued. But the statute of limitations was up by the time the mess PATRICK caused me, calmed. And he never sent a penny back. Money is all he is actually going to put any effort in. How to get certain personalities to do everything to save themselves. When they are being made to fear, so they will give this embezzlor more money and more money. Even after he is fired and no longer my Attorney. He wants to be paid for being fired? If this wasn't so traumatic for me, I would not be still reviewing so nobody else has to go through what I have with this clown. And no money sent back. Just asked for more! I will always review until Karma has done its job. And it will. Bye now Pat. You should pay me back since you did charge for a free consult and you did get fired and try to get another check in your pocket before I could talk to my father. FYI: you can't ask for more money after you are FIRED!! I have no reason to lie, i have every reason to spend my time doing anything but this. I saw one of the lawyers from this firm at Quincy Court and he gave me his card. They do a lot of…read morelandlord-tenant eviction cases. I had a case at that court and I needed immediate help. It was an eviction case and I was the tenant. I lost the case and I needed help in appealing the decision. The matter-of-law issue was very simple and was a basic principle of the eviction procedure. Landlord committed an obvious procedural mistake and the judge did not pick up on it because I did not pick up on it. I called this law firm and I spoke to an attorney (one of the Levins) and I explained the story in detail to him. I also explained what the appeal issue was. He kept rushing me off the phone then he told me that I absolutely had no case and no appeal! I repeated the issue again with the relevant law and he told me "as I said: you have no case and I have to hang up now!" I was surprised by his lack of professionalism and obviously the bad treatment. I actually believed what he said and for a few days I thought I had no case! Imagine the grief! A few days later I talked to a different attorney and he took the case. Long story short: I went through with the appeal process and won. The appeal judges were so surprised that this simple basic mistake was overlooked by the court and the attorneys! The case against me was dismissed by the Appellate court. This law firm demonstrated not only a lack of professional conduct but also a lack of basic summary process law knowledge. Imagine if I had listened to them!
