Loved that idea!! I brought two back to my room during my stay. The staff were very nice and attentive, including the valet, which has been rare as of late at other hotels. The hotel is within walking distance to some very good restaurants. There is a restaurant, cocktail bar, and coffee bar on site. The coffee bar has a DELICIOUS breakfast sandwich and the coffee was really good. I do have one suggestion: if you do stay here, ask for a higher level floor for your room so you don't hear the traffic as much. I was still able to sleep fine, but there were a few times. I woke up just for a few minutes and then went back to bed. One downer: The elevators were slow at getting to my floor twice which I thought was weird because I was in the 4th floor.

Staff would walk by and greet her all the time. We felt right at home here. It was only her second time ever staying in a hotel and the first time was not a good experience. She relaxed instantly here. And when be front desk supervisor, Alexander, found out that my flight wasn't until later in the day. He gave me a late checkout, so I wasn't hanging out in the lobby the whole day with my dog. I absolutely will be staying here again whenever I'm back in Texas.

Beautiful for them, chaotic for me. I pulled up expecting valet, only to be told valet was reserved exclusively for the AKAs that evening. Now listen... I respect it. If anybody's going to get special treatment, it's the ladies in pink and green. But for me? Whew. That meant I started driving... and driving... and driving. Forty minutes, y'all. FORTY. Between the restaurants, the event, and the already limited parking, it was a full scavenger hunt with no treasure. I finally tried the parking deck -- only to discover it ends abruptly at the top with no turnaround space. No warning signs, no heads-up, nothing. And because it's Girl Scout cookie season, I'm in our extended Escalade. Picture me at the top of this deck, realizing I have to reverse all the way back down. I could've cried. Actually, I did cry. My daughter is in the back asking if she's still going to the party, and I'm trying to be brave while my anxiety is sky-high. I went back to valet, desperate, and they basically said, "It's just a bad night for parking." At this point, I'm ready to cancel everything and go home. I called the front desk and spoke with a woman named Miccah (I hope I'm spelling that right). She was so calm and reassuring. She told me there were 12 underground parking spaces available, so I felt a little better. I drove down there... and there were only two spots left -- both for electric vehicles. And the elevator? Not working. Now I'm underground, no reception, no parking, no elevator, and a 9‑year‑old with me. I drove back up and called Miccah again like, "Girl, just cancel this. I can't do this. I've been circling this place for 40 minutes." And then -- the turning point. She said, "My manager is walking outside right now. He's going to move his car so you can have his parking space." When I tell you Alexander came outside and did EXACTLY that... that man was a blessing. He moved his own car so I could park safely and get my daughter to her sleepover. That is customer service times 1,000. When I checked in, I told him I felt like I was about to pass out. He said, "Ms. Page, don't pass out, don't pass out -- do you need a Coke?" And he actually brought me one. The kindness, the attentiveness, the humanity -- it meant everything after the ordeal I'd just been through. Because of Miccah and Alexander, what started as a nightmare turned into a stay I will never forget. Hilton, keep them. Celebrate them. Promote them. They are the reason I didn't break down in that parking lot. But Hilton... please fix that parking situation. It was truly ridiculous. And to the ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated -- the absolutely BEST sorority ever -- congratulations on your ceremonies. Y'all looked beautiful, and I love that the hotel rolled out the pink-and-green carpet for you. I just wish the parking deck had rolled out a little grace for the rest of us too. I was ignored by email and hung up on by phone. Do not give them a cent of your money. I hope they never have a tragedy in their life and are treated so terribly they way they handled this situation.

This 2024 hotel has a GREAT location, right off 30 and near Six Flags, AT&T stadium (Cowboys) and Globe Life Field (Rangers). My husband and son went to a golf tournament in Ft Worth and it wasn't a bad drive. The lobby is gorgeous. Very inviting! Our room was a king suite with pull out couch. Our particular room was a bit odd... the living area was in the separate room with the door and the bedroom was in the main area... very backwards. The room was comfortable nonetheless. Bathroom was clean and modern. We always enjoy the FREE breakfasts and "kickback" dinner. It's hard for us to pay to go out to eat when they offer meals complementary here. The menu has changed over the years but during our stay, we enjoyed chicken fajitas, pasta with grilled chicken and pulled pork. In the past we had tacos and meatballs. Kids LOVE the nightly popcorn and soda. Breakfast has FRESH scrambled eggs (no weird "hotel eggs" here), sausage, make your own waffles, pancakes, various breads and muffins, oatmeal and fresh fruit. Coffee was hot and fresh. This location has a unique pool which is outdoors but also half "indoors" under the awning. There was plenty of seating available when we'd go during the day. At night, the pool was usually crowded and we avoided it. The fitness room was ok. 3 treadmills, some ellipticals, dumbbells and a few machines. My issue wasn't with the room but with other patrons. Having someone come in and blast their own music was super annoying because I was listening to my own via earbuds. Another patron was wearing a gallon of perfume which was nauseating. Had to cut my workout short. Staff here are all WONDERFUL. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the food service personnel to the housekeeping. The only thing that would prevent us from staying here would be the cost. Depending when you book, I can only imagine this place being SUPER expensive during NFL games or major events. Again they fixed that but staying at a Hilton should not be this insane. Because of the issue created on the reservations the maid walked in twice without knocking. SMH, totally ridiculous!

My room was on the 3rd floor and it was very spacious with lots of closet and drawer space. They have plenty of parking either in the garage below or at the end of the plaza. One day I had to park in the garage at the entrance but once I ate dinner, I found a closer spot. The young lady who checked me in was very nice.
