The wrap was lifting in many places so husband reluctantly called several times to get their attention. He was finally given an appointment to have everything repaired. The repair was so amateur it makes me upset. Pieces cut and put over other places, lifting areas worse than before. It goes on but I will spare this company further embarrassment. It is my suggestion that you DO NOT have your work done here. It is sloppy and unprofessional. There is no follow up on complaints and they just don't seem to care.

My office NEVER uses FedEx to ship documents. So I was a bit surprised when I was asked to send…read moresome via this carrier. I can't speak to the printing but I did see some machines that would certainly make a banner if you needed it. I know they do all the coil binding and specialty printing because I recognized the materials and printers. So for presentations or school projects this could be the place for you. Or if you just need a self service copier for a resume on some nice paper...they have that too. My reason to be there was to ship. The young woman i had wait on me was immediately there to assist, did all the paperwork and labeling for me and had me in and out in a few minutes. It really wasn't anymore than the post office. I'll be honest the UPS Store is right on my way to work and I am prone to go there to ship stuff off. But I now know Fed Ex is also a worthy shipper of stuff from the office.

Having been a national Customer Service trainer, I would give FedEx a minus 10 Rating! If I have to mail anything, I will not use FedEX and I will certainly ask those business from where I am expecting deliveries to change to a more dependable delivery service! Any good business should be able to have the ability to answer general questions that recordings do not address!
