DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY. The word Company is not even close. In over 27 years as a landlord I have never seen such untruthful actions, lies, statements and follow through's. They will not manage your building or your tenants. They will not communicate with you or your tenants. They will not follow through with the responsibilities spelled out in your contract with them. They will not place responsible tenants in your buildings.(those might be saved for their own buildings) The only good point out of this terrible decision I made was that they allowed me to end my one year contract after 9 months. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am a property owner and I made the huge mistake of working with this company for a short time. The owner lied to me frequently. She's slick. She never called me back to the point of it seeming like she was hiding from me. They put tenants in my units that would not pay their rent. When I noticed them not paying, GFM said " Oh sorry, we didn't know. We'll get on that." And then they didn't. This company is truly a bunch of hacks and if someone didn't set up a beautiful web presence for them, they would be out of business. Don't believe me? This is a good company and I really liked it's services and how well they serve their clients. Just two hours ago my toilet sink was clogged and I left them a voice message. In two hours time I received the maintenance guy who came home and quickly solved the problem. I recommend you this company. It's service is quick and reliable. If I could give a 0 I wold have I rented a place from Great Falls Property and there really should not be the word great in the name they moved me in to a place with infestation of cockroaches and bedbugs with out telling me in witch in maine is not with in the law I went with out heat for over a week in the couldest part of 2014 winter and it took them 3 days to replace a refrigerator that was dead when you call you are lucky if someone picks up you have to go to the office most of the time to talk to someone and they still do not fix issues they stopped all treatments for bug issues as soon as they know that the building was being sold I sent a certified letter refusing to pay rent till the bug issue was taken care of in what I feel was retaliation they tried to evict me lucky I had and lawyer and we gave all the evidence to prove are cace they asked for and continuance sold the building then drop the case of eviction they may have drop it I have not I will be taking them and the previous owner to court if you are a landlord stay away from this company if you are wanting to rent a place don't do with this company I apologize for any misspellings ie wrong words I have dyslexia and not easy for me sometimes but thank you for reading read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Where do we begin? My husband and I have alot of very young children. We are responsible, hard-working people who moved here for more employment opportunities. We moved here from two hours away, and barely knew the area. As soon as they had their claws in us, we were screwed. We were moved into one of their properties that was very aesthetically pleasing...built in appliances, three large bedrooms, first floor, close to local bus route, great elementary school for our oldest daughter to go to. We were told initially that heat and hot water were included, and they later on changed that. The apartment was so nice in appearance, we decided to take it anyway. When we moved in we found out the building was actually placarded, and that they didn't even have an occupancy permit in the apartment we moved into. (They claim they later on obtained one, but I was never able to confirm that information....it could possibly be true) The electric had to be re-wired, the heating system had failed inspection and wasn't consistently working, and there were spiders in there that bit and left welts on us. We couldn't even use the back bedroom because the spiders were the worst back there (and boy I wish I could upload some of these pictures, but have no idea how to transfer them from my phone to a flash drive).....the fire department let us stay because GFPM was actually making "slow moving progress" as it was put by a certain city employee.....they were not suppose to rent out the second or third floor units until all the work was done, and they rented out the third floor unit!!! Then Kristina Bennett (the owner), moved her daughter into the second floor even though the city wouldn't permit the electricity to even be turned on in that unit, and the heating system didn't work! Talk about "Great Mother of the Year"! She buys the cake...moving her 21 year old daughter into that for a wedding present! Our heating system didn't work even when cold weather started hitting, and I had to get code enforcement involved. So besides my babies getting bitten by spiders, heat not working, electrical not being safe and them never fixing anything, I had to send them certified letter withholding rent, for which she tried to evict us.....talk about a hassle. We stayed and lived off our last month's rent, and moved out as soon as we could. They eventually lost the mortgage because it wasn't up to code, and still to this day there are placards on the doors...... Talk about losers. Don't even bother, really. Not worth it. And from what I heard from Alex Savard, her daughter, Joe Dunn is related......awesome bloodline! Please take me seriously or you will be sorry.....Kristina will take you for all you are worth. And she even thinks she is a beauty queen!!!! read more
