Thinking about renting a steam cleaner? DON'T! This carpet cleaning service was highly recommended…read moreby a neighbor, and we could not be happier. Right on time, two energetic guys arrived with a can-do attitude and got to work. Our carpet hasn't been cleaned in 5 years. An old cat, wood burning stove and the general mess of living out in the country had taken its toll. They got right on the variety of stains and did an amazing job. I honestly couldn't believe how good the carpet looked when they were done. I considered renting a steam cleaner, but I would never think about it again. For a very reasonable price, these guys took care of things and we have a fresh and clean carpet. My only regret is that I didn't make myself a drink and lie in the hammock. I'm a workaholic and am not used to letting others do the work. Plus, it was so fun to see these guys work and the amazing before and after appearance of the carpet. Thanks for making my life simpler!

I was quite surprised when he told me he could come out within 24 hours to clean our carpets and tile, throughout the house. We planned for 11:00 a.m. At 11:00 this morning, I received a call they were running a few minutes late but were on their way. What a nice call. So many people nowadays, don't bother to call at all! I was impressed with his customer communication. He and his son, Andy, showed up about 10 minutes later. They immediately surveyed the house and went to work. They were done within one hour. They worked well together, fast and efficient. The carpets are clean and the tiled floor is clean too! Couldn't have asked for a better job by two nice people. I would definitely recommend them and use them again! Pam P
