Professionalism and courtesy were extended throughout the process, from the conversation over Yelp to the in-home estimate, to the services provided. The in-home estimate was done by Deborah. Super friendly and attentive to my requests. The cost was affordable and super competitive compared to other quotes I received. They also take care of the veterans with a discount which was much appreciated. I wasn't in the home to witness the services rendered, but upon seeing the home in the evening, there was a significant difference in the carpet cleanliness and appearance. No issues or noticed missed areas. Everything was pretty much handled with their customer portal which made bill payment easy and convenient since I could not be there during the service. My carpet is now ready for my move in...When I need carpet cleaning services again, I'll be sure to reach out to Vetter Cleaning!

Combine our working hours with two big dogs and a toddler, and you have a house that I am sometimes embarrassed of. We also have a smaller house and way too much stuff (NO friends, we are not hoarders, but we maaaaaaybe have some clutter. Okay a lot of clutter.) so I was reluctant to even use a cleaning service because I didn't know what they would really be able to do for us. WORTH. IT. It turns out, they're actually able to do a lot. There is also something so stress-relieving about walking into a super clean house. My 3 year old ran into his room tonight and exclaimed, "My room is so beautiful! Our cleaning person did a great job!" Their quoting process was easy and accurate. I love knowing that the cleaning products they use are not a health hazard to my child or my dogs. Everyone I've spoken with has been very pleasant and very professional, and I love that they will both send me an email and a text to remind me about my upcoming cleanings. Denise does a stupendous job of cleaning my house and making me feel like I could actually have people over. :-) Whatever your hesitancy might be, I encourage you to reach out to Maid to Shine and see what they can do for you.

I have had house cleaners steal valuable items from me, from jewelry to very expensive pieces of artwork, the most expensive were two Remington statues appraised at $65,000 EACH! Apparently, they hid them in their cleaning buckets under rags.... The jewelry stolen ranged from pearl necklaces and bracelets to a diamond and sapphire bracelet. Not only does Maid-to-Shine train and employ quality, honest people, but the company is licensed, bonded and insured. They are the very first company I have ever found that has such high standards and quality employees!!! You can't possibly go wrong if you choose to give them a chance to help you!

Booked a one-time cleaning quoted at $345 for a full day (6-8 hours) with a team of two people. On…read morethe day, only one cleaner arrived, and she worked from about 9am to 1:30pm roughly 4.5 hours instead of the 6-8 hours with two people we'd discussed. The work she did was fine, but I paid for significantly more staffing and time than I received. When I raised this, I was told pricing is based on scope rather than hours, which I understand in principle, but this wasn't a case of the same crew working faster half the promised crew simply didn't show. I asked what a fair adjustment would look like when asked, offered a specific number, and never heard back it's been over a week now. Disappointing, since the actual cleaning itself was good and I wanted to keep using them.
