My Grandmother is currently living at Masternick Memorial Nursing Home down the street from the salon. She really wanted to get a perm so I called to make an appointment with the owner of the salon, Lisa. I drive from Pittsburgh, so Lisa was extremely accomadating in fitting my Grandma into her schedule within the next few days. The inside of the salon is warm and inviting and I love the bathroom and salon area are both wheelchair accessible. Lisa was so lovely and kind while my Grandma was getting her hair done as she assisted with getting her in and out of her wheelchair. Both my Grandma and I were very pleased with the perm and cut. Lisa even showed my Grandma some tips on how she could do her hair after it is washed. My Grandma left feeling like a million bucks. We could not have been happier. I definitely recommend this salon and Lisa!

She takes her time, listens to exactly what you want, and somehow makes the end result even better than you pictured. My last head shave with her was baby-smooth and absolutely perfect, the kind of finish that makes you want to run your hand over it all day. Whether you're after a classic cut, a fresh modern style, or a perfect shave, Myra is the one you want holding the clippers. To Sport Clips Management, I am writing to formally express…read moremy disappointment and frustration regarding my experience at your Hermitage, PA location on September 26, 2026. I made an appointment through the Sport Clips app with your store manager, Jacob, for 12:30 PM. I arrived early at 12:20 PM, only to be told that Jacob was running 40 minutes behind. I was understanding and told the staff I would return in 30 minutes. I came back at 12:50 PM as promised and continued to wait. By 1:07 PM, I was then informed that Jacob -- your store manager -- would be taking other customers ahead of me, specifically a personal acquaintance of his. This was completely unacceptable. I had a confirmed appointment. I arrived early. I was patient through the delay. And yet I was passed over in favor of someone Jacob had a personal relationship with. The fact that this decision was made by the store manager himself makes it all the more troubling. He is the person responsible for upholding your standards -- not undermining them. Because of this, I was forced to leave without receiving any service. Not only did I waste my time, but I also wasted gas money making a trip that should have been honored. Most importantly, my son did not get his haircut in time for his homecoming -- something that cannot be undone. I am requesting a formal apology and assurance that this type of situation will not happen again. Appointments made through your app should be honored, and customers should never be skipped in favor of personal connections -- especially not by the person in charge of the store. I hope this matter is taken seriously and escalated to the appropriate level of leadership.

Moving back to Warren I tried a couple places and none really did the job right - I have thick wavy hair that needs layers cut in a certain way so the curls lay correctly and am growing out a botched set of bangs. You might not get all the luxuries of Casals or the spunk of a few other places, but honestly the point is to leave with a good haircut and Mingle definitely did that.

Then, he told me that he has "had a long day" with a sour smile & directed me to a wall of business cards to take a look at who I would be interested in seeing. He had no idea why I was there, nor did he care. I simply wanted my eyebrows done. That is okay, I won't be returning.
