We called ahead to see if they had an appointment and we got Linda (first chair to the left when you walk in). I went first and not only was she extremely rough, she also kept ripping the hair brush through my hair. She also straightened my hair and kept pulling super hard and was ripping out little hairs here and there in the process. She did this extremely fast, didn't ask how I parted my hair for my layers, and never once asked if my hair looked okay or if I was satisfied. My fiancé went second and not only did she not blend his hair correctly, she also didn't do what he asked at all, she cut it way too short and made his hard part look like a valley along with patchy spots and it being completely uneven. We should have left right there when he asked for a hard part and she took her smaller clippers out of the cabinet and they had tape around then holding them together... we both cried in the car afterwards just to get home and actually look in a mirror to the the horrific butchered job she did. We ended up going to Great Clips to get it fixed and even those stylists said we need to report her and get our money back. This was the absolute work experience. I reached out to her to handle this and she told me I didn't need a refund and I should have came back but if you can't do it correctly the first time, why come back for her to mess it up more? I also reached out to the owner about it and they did nothing so here I am to warn everyone about the horrible job done!

I have used most of the run of the mill places like Supercuts, Sport clips, etc. I happened to be in the strip mall where Wayne's is located one day and decided to stop in. I was fortunate enough to have Sherrie take care of me. She was very pleasant and invited me into her private work station where she asked me what type of cut I wanted. After talking with her for a few minutes she had asked enough relevant questions and explained her background and how long she had been a stylist. We then went to the wash station where I received a very relaxing wash and condition. As she began to cut my hair I knew that she had paid attention to what I had told her about what I wanted. She took her time and was very pleasant as she worked her magic scissors with precision and detail. She even asked if I wanted my ear and brows "a little attention". She then lathered and shaved the nape of my neck. After blow drying and rechecking my hair she applied a small amount of a product to keep my newly cut locks in place. Her price was very reasonable and her personality and professional work was outstanding. I've been back several times and she manages to accommodate my schedule.
