The Stylist I used for a hair cut was Michele. I went there with an exact photo of what I wanted…read more My first haircut was a 5. It was great. The second time she cut my hair it was ok but not great it was a 3. It was no longer like the same photo I showed her. My specific requests were symmetry and to have the front sides angle down, not straight across. Despite this, the angles were straight across not angled. She focused more on the back of my head than the front, which is what I see and what others notice most! The third time was the worst haircut ever. The sides where straight across again, but this time the symmetry was awful, a 2 at best. The left side was longer than the right and the right side had more layers. I told her as she cut the left was longer and she had to fix it, she attempted She blew it dry, so the error was less noticeable till I got home and combed it myself. Unfortunately it was the holidays & I gave a good tip. What went wrong is the same old thing I've experienced many times. They think they can cut without re-reviewing the photo and only use their last cut to determine where and how much to lop off. So when second cut was wrong they perpetuated the mistake, making this third cut worse. Nice lady, but I paid too much for the haircut, to not get "exactly" what is important to ME. She took me for granted and I won't go back. Nor recommend the salon to anyone. PS recently went to barber shop to have the length only trimmed so hair would grow in and even she asked, do you want me to fix the sides, they are uneven?

I have never been to another salon that charged extra for drying your hair after the cut. And it was not as if there was anything special about the process. Unfortunately, it was the first appointment (and will be the last) I made at the salon. The receptionist asked if I wanted my hair blown dry and I said "yes" but she didn't mention that they charged extra. I didn't find that out until I went to pay. I'm sure it's not mentioned when you call to make an appointment for too many would hang up. I guess once clients know they either get their hair dry cut or catch a lot of colds in winter walking out with a wet head. And, sadly, the haircut is not worth it!
