They up charged me for having "additional" ( long) hair after the service . The wash of my hair - she barely did a lather or used shampoo/ conditioner product- I asked for flat iron - she just grabbed a few pieces of hair - she didn't take the time to clip up the hair and do in layers like my other stylist in LA . I even told her she was really fast - and she replied "oh really ". I am definitely not returning and maybe I should speak up at time of service but ultimately it's the stylists job to provide a good service and not give the bare minimum that includes an up charge .

My hair is mid length I got highlights which I realized when I got home were not done well at all and I couldn't pull my hair back at all I had the worst uneven highlights and it looked awful. My trim wasn't done very well at all either unfortunately and sadly it was the manager that did my hair. My daughter also had an awful experience with her hair and when she went in and nicely told them and showed them all of the mistakes they were very rude to her and didn't care that she was upset about her hair looking bad.

Today a new woman told her it was more $ than usual. My aunt told her, "its always been the same and that's all I have and I will have to go to the bank n get it. Give me my shoes." The woman would not give her her shoes till she got her money and my poor aunt walked out in those 10 step flip flops they give you and of course they tore. The woman at the bank took them n threw them away because she didn't want her to trip and hurt herself. My aunt then walked through the streets barefoot and headed back to the Regal Nails to pay. I'm so sad for my 75 year old aunt and think this story should be heard. We've called the corporate head quarters and are hoping something gets done.
