She said she was going to do a balyage /ombre look with dark root like I asked for.... So I'm like ok if that's what will work best fine. I showed her an exact picture of what I wanted. I had a medium brown beginning and I know from many expeiriences my hair lifts easy so going blonde before the final color would be easy and it was. (Mistake 1 she soaked the back of my brain green shirt I thought no problems its just water it wasn't just water on it) However she never toned or tried to remove the brassyness from it prior to get a good starting base like every salon prior always had mistake 2! I should have known right there it wasnt going to look anything like I wanted but I'm hopeful and figured she knew what she was doing. Then the color was applied while my hair was processing I noticed the roots which we discussed weren't the dark brown I asked for they were still light/medium brown and only the under side of my hair was slightly darker but thought maybe its just the lighting so went back to my phone at this point she removed the towel from my neck and I had glanced in the mirror and say she leftbpink dye on the side of my face and my neck. I wiped it off and she came back and we went to wash it out it looked super pretty while wet and so I figured super cute. Dark pink looking like I asked so I was starting to ease my anxiety until she goes well I hope its an old shirt and kinda chuckled I told her it wasn't much just 12$ at target because I thought maybe it was just wet or something she never said she got brown and bleach and pick she also an the back of it mistake 3!.... So she started drying it and it was looking ok I asked her to curl it and I'm almost sure she doesn't know how to curl it because it looked a mess after, I had to fix it to go out that evening. I showered the next night in cool water like I always do when I get fun colors so it won't run and bleed all the color. Nope not this time my tub was straight up pink and when I dried it on cool as normal my hair looked orange and dryed out and had no shine or softness nothing I cried so long. I knew how to fix it but I was devastated that I paid 150$ for hair that turned out a mess. I had to do deep conditioning and even got it toned as best we could for the time being since I had already spent so much on it I didn't have the funds to go get of my fixed all the way and get what I wanted to begin with. I have finally been able to find beauty and love for my new color I'm left with but over all I don't think ill be returning for hair coloring or anything for awhulebif at all. Truly saddened by this because I loved this place my husband and I have gone there since 2015 when we moved to the area.

Tara also would say she was going to do something, for example she said she would cut my hair mid neck and instead she cut it up to right under my ear.
