I've been totally happy every single time. Every time. I've even let them put highlights and lowlights in my hair which was scary for me since the last time anyone touched my hair with chemicals they burned it so bad I had to cut it off to 3'' long from my waist to my ears. That was a "big name" expensive stylist in Des Moines and cost me 300 bucks to ruin my hair. The stylist at CC did it perfectly and my hair felt like silk afterward for 120 bucks plus tip. Yes... you should tip your stylist people.
