I've been going here for a while, to get my hair cut. They started out pretty good, but the last 2 times have gone down hill. I have my sides shaved and the cut looked like a bowl cut. Then this last time, she almost forgot the shampoo and the cut was terrible. I have a hard time getting my hair to part and on top of that I have a huge cowlick that I have to practically glue down. I wouldn't normally leave a review defending a business but I find someone coming and lying about the employees working there extremely disrespectful. I was in there the night the reviewer below left a review and she's full on lying about these stylists and the salon. These poor girls went above and beyond to help her find the earring. The one girl with glasses literally dug through the trash where they put the hair to try and help her find it. They eventually even let her take the hair because she was convinced it was in there somewhere. When they tried asking her if she checked the parking lot or her car or even the hood on her jacket she ripped her jacket off and basically smacked it against the salon floor and I remember this experience because I found it very off that she was behaving like that while they were trying to help. She basically berated them. The stylist she named was cutting my child's hair and never even interacted with her because she was focused on my child. The woman finally left in a huff with the bag of hair. These girls did everything they could to help her while she was in the salon. Shameful someone would leave a review without giving the full story but I guess that's what people do now a days. read more

I have a GREAT idea for your hair salon. You should put a sign on your door or somewhere your customers will see it. The sign should say something like "Mask Required." Then your employees won't have to yell at each customer that walks in. Your customers don't have to be treated like criminals just because they didn't know about your face mask policy, which I completely understand, by the way. I was definitely going to put a face mask on and come back to get my haircut but after I got yelled at like a child I changed my mind. Thank you for your time. read more
