the lady cutting my hair told me that I was too fat for the hair cut that I asked for and showed her the picture. I told her that I had a bad shoulder and that I needed a low maintenance hair cut. she butchered my hair . none of my hair is cut the same length. she got upset because I told her that she ruined my hair. my hair was midway down my back. she was rude and unprofessional and asked me for a tip. I told her to get a pair of glasses. this was my 1st time getting my hair cut there. This will be my last time going there. read more

Seven years in Morehead and this is the only place I've ever had my hair cut. Staff and management has turned over several times, but I've always enjoyed excellent service and reasonable prices. Morehead State University employees and senior discounts available. Conveniently located just off the interstate near Kroger and Lowe's. Extremely kid friendly. I use the Great Clips smartphone app for rapid check-in and it works great. Not fancy enough for those looking for a salon experience I suppose, but I highly recommend. read more

My son and I went in for haircuts today and they are both horrendous. My wife and I have been trying to fix the multiple lines left on my head when this lady failed to perform a simple fade haircut. I will have to fix my son's hair, but it's much harder to fix my own. I'm so frustrated right now, and I can't believe these women are certified to cut hair. I showed them a picture of a nice fade cut and now I look like Carl from Sling Blade! I will have to pay to have someone else fix it tomorrow. read more

Very friendly. They do a great job. Kinda pricey at $13 a haircut. Its better to wait when they have there haircuts on sale at $5.99
