I went there today at 9 am. There was no one in the store but the door says they open at 9 and the Great Clips light was on. I waited until 9:20 and then called the Moline store to see if they knew why there were closed. The answer I got from that store was "don't care". I then contacted the corporate office that was found on google. (By the way, that number is their internal IT staff and couldn't help me at all). I then called a number given to me by them and I was informed that the Milan store was shut down today and tomorrow and I should have went online and I would have known this. I informed this jerk i was talking to that I wanted to speak to his manager and he refused. I then asked him why they simply didn't have a note on the door and he asked me if I really felt one of the staff should come to the store to do that?? I said yes!!!! I informed him I work with senior citizens snd asked how many seniors he thought could get on line to "check" the status of a store opening. He responded with "too many to count". I hope you realize I just took 13 seniors and my family away from doing business with such rude, pathetic people. No wonder a Barber told me yesterday he was going to have a t-shirt made that says , "I fix $6.99 haircuts". read more
