Now at Chrome Salon + Spa Maddy is my go to person for hair and brows. Lili for facials. Tiffany for pedicures. Many of the women who work there have provided for me in some way or another and are very kind. I buy gift certificates for family and friends. I love their products. Their GLO skincare line is the best :) I can't say enough about their services and the pleasant way in which they treat their customers. Recently I attended an evening on facial skin care and got a swag bag and a bunch of knowledge about my skin I had no idea about...I believe men and women need to do more self-care and this is the place to do it. Their products and services are at a respectable price point and the quality they provide would be hard to beat anywhere else. I love Chrome Salon + Spa. i just moved to lethbridge and was looking for a new lash lady. i found these guys on google and…read moresaw they had a full set of classics for only $77. being a student i was pleased to see such a good deal. the reviews were all good on their website so i was very excited to book an appointment. when i arrived to my appointment it was very nice inside and clean. however my lash lady was very unprofessional and took phone calls and left to have conversations with other workers their in the middle of doing my lashes. the lashes i got were terrible, looked nothing like what i asked for. but considering they were so cheap i went along with it and didn't want to make a scene. when i get downstairs to pay, they charge me $120. i brought up how the online prices were much much lower and the lady at the desk said nothing and just pushed the debit machine towards me. i paid and walked out. then i noticed the lashes started falling out right away. i had maybe 4 or 5 lashes left by day 3. keep in mind i have been getting eyelash extensions for years and know how to upkeep them. i called them back asking to come on for a consultation to discuss why this was happening and if i could get a refund. they were very rude and sat me down in the middle of the waiting room with customers and workers listening to the whole conversation. absolutely ridiculous, i've never seen anything more unprofessional. they still haven't changed their online prices. wouldn't recommend to anyone, and i still want my $120 back

The last time I will go and get a pedicure at Prim Health and Beauty! I really thought the young…read morelady that did my pedicure was a sweet kind girl, but lacked the experience and when you are getting the most expensive pedicure that Prim offers I was not impressed when she used a nail file to file the rough areas of my feet. She didn't even soak my feet long enough to even enjoy and got down to business. When the experience was over I went to use the gift card that was purchased for the exact pedicure that was written on the gift card and I was told that I needed to pay an additional amount over and above what was on the gift card, this was an interaction with a different staff member. I told her that the gift card was for the exact pedicure that was booked and received, I then was asked to disclose who purchased the gift card for me and then it was decided that it was good enough, because they had increased their prices after the gift card was purchased which was purchased in December of 2024. This was my second experience with Prim and I am sorry to say my last. Be aware you don't always get what you pay for or are gifted.

Sarun was at a different salon before coming to Strut, but when she was moving across town I followed her because I couldn't afford to lose her. She does a fantastic job on my hair everytime. I never dye my hair, but she has colored one of my friends hair and she always looks fantastic afterwards. The cost is awesome as well. I think I pay $50 each time and that is after tipping. The other staff I have talked to also seems nice. Plus I love how you can make an appointment later in the day. I think I once went in at 7pm, so perfect for those who work all day. The only thing that is missing is having water,coffee or tea available.
