Apparently my son and I's life is not important and I was expected to drive 30 minutes in a torrential downpour for a hair appointment. I was trying to reschedule for a soon as possible as I had full intentions of coming back to the salon as soon as I could even with the same stylist. I will never return. Sad because my last stylist was great and I tip very well.
