Checked in online, wait time was 31 minutes, not bad for a Saturday. Arrived at the store and waited there for another hour before I was seated. Did find out that while other customers were waiting that hair cutters were actually in the back on break. Do what , I couldn't believe that. And then someone came up and called my name. She said she was sorry for the wait but we are short staffed today, we only have three working. I'm asking why isn't everyone out on the floor working? Then it goes silent. This location is the worst place for service. I absolutely recommend that you go somewhere else for a haircut. I wonder if the owner knows how crappy his/her business is being ran. read more

First and last time I'll come to this location. Stylist didn't follow instructions and then complained about having to re-cut a section to another stylist while I was still sitting in the chair. DONT LET DEBBIE NEAR YOUR HAIR! I went in to get a simple cut. I wanted and inch taken off. In the end there was about a 3-4 difference on the right side. It was a big hole. It was absolutely horrible! Worse beautician I ever had. I did not notice at 1st. When I got home and straightened my hair its was beyond fixable or so I thought. I went back and Rita was able to blend it some. She actually had to fix other bad spots that Debbie screwed up. But Rita made it not so noticeable. Now I need to let my hair grow to fix itself for about 6 months. Rita said it just need growth to fill in and she will cut it again to help it become the hairstyle I originally wanted. I had been going to this salon for several years , and even during covid , anyway the last time went in , the place was full of people waiting, I went to use the restroom and I'm guessing this woman was the manager , I don't know , but she outright yelled at me , and said we have Never allowed any of our customers to use our restroom, now this isn't true Ihave a weak bladder and it's never been a problem before , She really embarrassed me , the people were looking at me , she was looking at me like I had committed a crime , I walked out and never went back and I won't . If she handent wanted customers to use the restroom she could have discretely said something , not yell at me , she lost business from 6 of us who used to go there regularly , and I know she could probably care less but that is no way to treat customers! Do yourself a favor, DON'T GO! I specifically said, to my miserable hair cutter (not stylist) that the last times I was there I got basically a bowl cut. Told her what I wanted and, I got my bowl cut. All in about 2.5 minutes. No water, no trim, just spent some time on the sides making my hair look a little thinner. I was shocked. Given a half effort hello when I walked in the door. Waited 5 min at the counter to even be check in. Then was told there were other people ahead of me before I could even be checked in. Not impressed. That was possibly the longest I have ever waited to get my haircut. Then I found out the reason I was waiting was two of the girls decided to take lunch. Now I can understand if it has been a busy day but there is a better way to take breaks. After the 30 minute wait. Rita assisted me with my haircut. I have been using this location for a while and have always had a good experience. Until yesterday. I noticed a new lady and she was the one who cut my hair. First off, she kept complaining about having to wear a mask and that in her opinion COVID isn't that bad. Then she had the nerve to tell me and everyone else in there that black people were more prone to catch it "on account that they done got the type A blood type" (her words). Insanely ignorant. She was extremely loud, obnoxious, ignorant, and was probably on some sort of stimulant. Then she proceeded to tell me that her and her boyfriend went to Atlanta to pay his parole and she got scared because of all of the "thugs". I don't know her name but she wore way to make-up and had Karen hair. I couldn't wait to the hell outta that place. I'll still continue to go there but if she's there I'll go back another day. Have been there twice and they always do a great job cutting my 5 year old son's hair. I also get mine done and they seem to always know exactly what I want. New manager would not let me use a coupon because it was 5 days out of date. Other locations let me use it always, when I ask the manager said no. Take your Hiram location and shove it, I only deal with locations with customer service.You lost a customer. read more
