Today is Sunday. They are busy. You can check-in online. I did not and had a twenty minute wait not bad for a walk-in. There's a jar if Dum- Dum sucker's for customers on the counter where you check in and pay for services. This is my second visit here. There's plenty of parking at this small strip mall. Girls are friendly. Hannah shampooed me and cut my hair. She did an outstanding job. I am so pleased that I have her days and hours. Haircut and shampoo is reasonable. I am pleased and will return in about six weeks. I also purchased shampoo. Today it was 20% off. I love the Great Clips Solutions brand. Solutions is the best products for hair. This place is trash!!!the women that helped me is trash.... there's bickering going on when I was there and they were more worried about their hours than my kids hair. Do your job right or stay the heck home, and don't complain about everything..... im going somewhere else next time.... the manger needs to check their employees before someone else does. There needs to be accountability by the managers but they seem to also fail at their own job... ill write the ladies name once I remember but this needs to stop. I've gone to this paticular location many times before with no real delimas except for the check in not working and over crowding. Yesterday I went for a conditioning treatment and a trim. Everything was going great or so I had thought. At first I thought it was a little odd the she was blow drying my hair with a flat thin comb. Then she started cutting she didn't cut around my natural part my hair always is alway styled along that natural part, she just started wacking away I had told her that and she's all like yeah but this is how it's done ( like I've never payed any attention to other stylest cutting my hair over the past idk 20 years) Yes I told her a trim and that I was letting my hair grow. When she was done I couldn't even tell the true terror of the situation, my hair was all over the place and not styled. Today it became clear as I was fixing my hair, she had cut a thin but very noticeable 2" layers round the crown of my head my hair is down to my chin most of my layers had already grown out except for the back. Wish I could leave a picture just so that others will be aware of the damage of the cut. Saddest part of all this the lady that had cut my hair is the store manager.
