There is a ton of talent here! I usually always leave with my hair looking amazing. Unfortunately,…read moreI did not leave happy with my results last time. I usually ignore the fact that a lot of the stylists are young and loud and spend a lot of time yelling across the salon at each other and playing around. I'm all about someone enjoying their workplace! Unfortunately, I genuinely feel like this same unprofessional behavior is what damaged my hair last time. My stylist clearly didn't pay attention and forgot about me after running off to speak to a colleague. My stylist admitted to leaving bleach on my hair too long, overprocessing it, and using a shade of toner that wasn't what I normally get. I didn't get the blowout that I paid for and left with straw-like hair that I've been trying to nourish and fix ever since. I hope that the professional nature and attention to detail is dialed in more, because I do look forward to continuing to come to this salon.

I had a very bad experience here. My hair was colored purple when I wanted to go a slightly darker…read moreblonde for Autumn and Winter. After I was shocked at having a really dark hair that was purple in the light and under the sun, the owner said, "well, it looks better than it did before.", with a very snotty attitude. I had never been spoken to so rudely in my life so I didn't know what to say, I wanted to cry and waited till I got home to cry. For reference, the "before" was my natural hair colour, a level 7 blonde with a few highlights. I wasn't charged for it, but I never went back. I really didn't appreciate that country girl slappy attitude that women have. Hattiesburg used to be an elegant and polite town when I was little and as a result of all of the imports, women are very rude here now. I had to drive to Jackson and pay a few hundred for colour removal and correction. So whilst they didn't charge me for messing up my hair, it cost me double that to have it fixed. Just remember, the people who have attitude are not the ones with the big talent. I have been to the very best famous salons in New York City, San Francisco, Paris and Los Angeles with some famous hair colourists working on my hair and they didn't have the rude attitude that some women have in Hattiesburg, ffs. The talented people are really very humble and nice.
