After I was shocked at having a really dark hair that was purple in the light and under the sun, the owner said, "well, it looks better than it did before.", with a very snotty attitude. I had never been spoken to so rudely in my life so I didn't know what to say, I wanted to cry and waited till I got home to cry. For reference, the "before" was my natural hair colour, a level 7 blonde with a few highlights. I wasn't charged for it, but I never went back. I really didn't appreciate that country girl slappy attitude that women have. Hattiesburg used to be an elegant and polite town when I was little and as a result of all of the imports, women are very rude here now. I had to drive to Jackson and pay a few hundred for colour removal and correction. So whilst they didn't charge me for messing up my hair, it cost me double that to have it fixed. Just remember, the people who have attitude are not the ones with the big talent. I have been to the very best famous salons in New York City, San Francisco, Paris and Los Angeles with some famous hair colourists working on my hair and they didn't have the rude attitude that some women have in Hattiesburg, ffs. The talented people are really very humble and nice.
