I cannot recommend this location enough. I came here after having a bad experience at another Great Clips location and both stylists on duty were so incredibly kind and helpful. My hair feels great, it really turned my day around and I've already started recommending this to friends. Eleanor took care of me but both stylists are just fabulous. read more

I said specifically that I wanted only the front and sides cut and for the back to have no length taken off of it whatsoever, as I'm trying to grow my mini-mullet back out. once the stylist, I think her name was Maddy or something like that, finished I thought it looked good but I wasn't shown the back. It wasn't until several days later that may sister pointed out that literally HALF of my mullet had been cut off while the other half was just left there! I didn't want any length cut off of the back, but if you're going to cut it off anyway why would you just leave half there like that?? I ended up just having to have my sister cut the other half off, now I have to spend months trying to grow it back out again. I have it two stars because the front and sides looked decent, otherwise wit would have been one star. read more

Do NOT EVER go here!! I just got my hair absolutely butchered. It looks like a toddler cut it or someone who has never cut hair before. After the butchering o had to come back in and have her fix how crooked and f**ked up it was. Worst haircut I've ever had, worst place to go in Fayetteville!!! read more

Stylist started cutting my hair, without allowing me to give the full amount of information needed to properly cut it. She never asked where I would like to part my hair, nor did she allow me to show her the picture of my desired haircut, though I already had it pulled up on my phone. She gave me a dry cut, which I abhor, without ever offering the wet option. The resulting haircut is clunky and uneven, it is terrible, and I'm just praying for it to grow rapidly so that I can have it re-cut by a professional who knows and cares about what she's doing. read more

I'm writing this review since I had a big hairstyle change, at the end of my session I was uncertain and I don't think I expressed my gratitude in the way I intended. I got home and looked again, and now I love my haircut! I have naturally curly hair and the lady who cut my hair understood how to handle it! She was quick but knew what she was doing, and I got in and out in 15 minutes. The place was clean, quiet, and the employees were very friendly. The wait was not long either, I used the check-in app which helped. If you need an affordable but good haircut this is a good place to go! read more

I like a nice short cut when I go to have my hair cut; and I finally found a stylist, Elsa, who understands what I like. She is friendly and efficient. read more

Checked in online and drove to this location for my scheduled time. I showed up and there's a small handwritten sign on the door saying, "cash only." So I wasted 40 minutes of my day driving back and forth to this location and still haven't gotten a haircut. read more

Horrible haircut! I would not recommend this place at all! My hair is uneven. It should have been a simple haircut, but somehow they failed it. Do yourself a favor, and try another salon. read more

A GREAT Great Clips! Dawson listens and does exactly what you ask for. He is so nice, easy-going, and just a pleasure! We keep going back because he is consistently GREAT! read more

Dawson is so patient and the hair cut is so good for 20 year old college girl. I will never go back to a $40 hair salon , and in fact , I received the haircut for free here today for donating 12 inch hair. read more

Just pay the extra money and go somewhere else. The girl who did my hair decided to sit in a chair while cutting my hair which just felt lazy. I showered before and came to the salon with my hair just needing to be brushed... the girl didn't even bother checking or looking at my crazy part that needed to be straight before cutting. I was in shock. Obviously when my hair was cut and finished drying it was 30 different lengths, even myself who doesn't cut hair knows you always part the hair. Cmon now that's just common sense. So I ended up having to go to another salon the next day and get it fixed. I was so angry and disappointed... it's not hard to give costumers basic care/service. It was even a fancy cut, literally just straight across read more

If I could give less than 1 Star I would. I went in for a trim and asked for a face-framing with my layers. The girl CHOPPED MY HAIR INTO A HUGE MESS!!! I now have 5 inches of side bangs and I can count every single layer. Thank you great clips for ruining my birthday and my hair that I worked years on to grow out. You've cost me so much money and time on this horrible job of a cut and I WILL not be back, nor any of my friends or coworkers or any one that has even seen my hair for a matter of fact! If you have hair, GREAT CLIPS ON MLK IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. read more

Great Clips - Thanks for the worst haircut of my life! This "subtle face frame" is a JOKE. - Hair Salons Near Me - Fayetteville, Arkansas

I showed up at 3:45 pm (they closed at 4 pm) and there was someone who was not cutting hair and had an open station. I was then told they close at 4 and I can come back tomorrow if I want my hair cut. I was pretty amazed, because my haircuts there usually only take 15 minutes anyway. Probably won't ever go back because the woman working was unpleasant and made it clear she did not want to cut my hair. read more

They fucked up my head so bad, the girl cutting my hair seemed like she was trying to just get it done as fast as she could. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN HAIRS SAKE! read more

Honestly amazing place. At first it was a little stand off-ish, but you know I've never been to a great clips before so I didn't know what to expect. BUT these people are very helpful and genuine. My haircut was great and I didn't catch the lady's name but she was so sweet! read more

I just got my hair washed today. They also dry your hair with a hairdryer and make you look nice included in the 4 dollar price.

Great service. Friendly staff. Cuts my hair trims my beard. They do what I pay them to do. They do it well.

Generally I don't go to great clips, I won't name the competitor I like. Anyways I was driving by to get to my hotel and saw they were empty since it was after 8 and since I am here on business and needed a quick haircut decided to drop in. Stylist was very friendly and very fast and hair cut (men's) was adequate. Would definitely go here again. read more
