It's a cute salon for Park Hills, and the girls that work there are always super nice (even though I'm usually a hair nightmare...coming in after months of leading backpacking trips). The stylists are always in conversation with each other, but not in an exclusive/alienating way. I'm not much of a talker, so I enjoy the back and forth rather than having to act cool while looking like a wet dog. I'd give it a 3.5 stars, but it's worth the round up rather the round down.

I love Tom (we went to school together) and Jamie just gave me a super cute haircut and hi-lite, which I've gotten tons of compliments on. Book your appointments LONG before you need them, as Chuck and Tom are booked months in advance. Jamie also works part time, so scheduling in advance is a must.

I done the "check in on line" with a 107 min wait, no big deal. I arrive to the salon with a 30 min wait. I watched to count down go from a 30 min wait to a 60 min wait 3 separate times. After waiting 2-1/2 hours I left with out a hair cut. After 3 hours I receive a message stating that my stylist would be ready in 15 min. It's just like I've read in other reviews about stopping to take breaks and hair cuts taking 30-40 min because they are more worried about telling stories.
