WORST HAIRCUT SINCE FORT DIX IN 1960!. The competent, attentive stylist (I guess that's what they call barbers these says), that I had seen a few times before was not in yesterday, and I was lead to believe there were notes left about my preferences, so any one available would do an acceptable job. So I accepted when my name was called. She said all the notes said was to use scissors. I then explained my simple but specific preferences, and she proceeded to hack way. And asked to use clippers, too, not just for trim it turned out. When I go home I found my temples shaved off! And elsewhere, way, way too short all over!. I was a big loser to this Wynn-er, the least of which was the usual $10 tip I left. I am hoping my shaved off hair grows back, but as of now I will never go back, or recommend this place. The assurance that all stylists are competent and capable and follow the notes and detailed requests of customers is simple false, given my deeply disturbing experience. read more

I went to the East Windsor Great Clips on a whim, and I am happy I did! Staci gave me a fantastic haircut, even offering a few suggestions that I never heard before. The price is totally right and the fact that you can check in from anywhere to save your place in line is wonderful! I have gone back to Staci again and will see her again. I always have a very pleasant visit when I go to Great Clips. I always go to Daniela, have been for the last 3-4 years and she is very professional and very thorough. All the staff are great and someone will always greet you when you walk in and check you in right away. I highly recommend them. In the past before I found Daniela of course I'd have the occasional bad haircut but they are really nice about fixing it for you if you don't like it. Give them a chance! read more

She had just left a chemo appointment and was saddened to see patches of lost hair and she decided on a whim to shave it. You recognized that she was in emotion distress took her in last minute, you consoled her through her tears and you didn't even take her money. I got the worst hair cut ever at Great Clips East Windsor NJ 3/8/23, seriously, avoid this place, granted you get what you pay for but a cheap cut should still require some skill and attention to the customer's preferences. Got my hair butchered. Manager didn't listen. I went in for a trim and she cut off three inches of my hair. Basically a year and half worth of growth. I went from having beautiful long hair to horrible shoulder length hair. My hair was only cut unevenly, it was longer on one side so I had to go back and get it cut down and had to lose more of my length. This same person had given me such an awesome cut a few months ago - no idea what's going on. Zero stars if I could read more

Daniella was recommended to me by a close friend. The first cut I got from Daniella was unexpectedly great! I had been wearing wigs for several years, not because I had no hair. I just couldn't be bnothered with a ho-hum look. After that first cut, my attitude toward my own hair and the little extra effort Daniella taught me, the wigs have gone untouched. I love my hair as never before! I look forward to every appointment with Daniella because she teaches me about my hair and how to use the Great Clip products that work best for me and my ability to manage my "styles." I'm hooked!!! Just rude at the desk. Used online app that every great clips used. When I entered they stated I needed to be there at the same the time estimated time said, which was rotating between 35 to 40 mins. I drove over an hour and was delayed cause the storms. Needless to say the women with tattoos on her wrist deleted me out and told me to get back in line. BS and horrible service. Never experienced at any other great clips. This place should be shut down. read more

Dani. Hands down, best stylist ever!! Sickest skin fades I've ever gotten. Got my hair butchered and went to this place to get it fixed. Everyone stepped to one side and out of the light as Ms. Dani herself stepped forth in a angelic "I can fix it". That was like a year ago, no one else cuts my hair but her. Started getting my haircut there when I was on disability and have been happy every time I have gone. Friendly atmosphere .

This is literally the WORST place where you van get a haircut!!!!! I hate that stylist. I told her that I want a shoulder length haircut! I ended up with a very short haircut that I can't even tie up!! If you wanna regret your decision of getting a new haircut just go to great clips. read more

Horrible experience. My wife and I both received haircuts here, and were extremely disappointed. We went during the evening hours, while only two people had been working. My stylist was clearly drunk, as she kept leaving to fill up her sippy cup. I hadn't picked up on this until after she began cutting my hair. She even went so far as to say, "Be right back, I'm getting more alcohol". Slurred her speech throughout my entire cut, and cut my hair unevenly. The worst haircut that I've ever experienced. She asked if I wanted her to trim my sideburns, I advised to please leave them alone. Without hesitation she completely shaved one off. It had to have been done deliberately. I was bewildered. And was very close to not paying. My wife received just as a terrible haircut from the other stylist who was working. She gave my wife a style that resembled the dutch boy on the painters can. It was horrendous. I wish I could leave zero stars. We have never been back since this visit, and never plan to again. I would rather have hair to my knees than let them touch it again. read more

I'm updating my review , just to add that that incident really made me mad . So I decided to leave a feed back on their website . After that I found email telling me that it's a franchise and they will contact the owner of this particular salon . To be honest I felt better , that they cared for complaints . Then , I was contacted by the owner . And really it was nice ,as the owner continued sending me emails asking about the incident to investigate and to know who did the service .. In addition the owner , sent me email offering me a gift card , as "a remedy "for rudeness , and told me that certain measurements will be taken in order to make sure this will never happen again , and I quote . I replied that i already got the remedy by the nice way they handle the incident .. At last , I just received another mail telling me that my son has been listed for a free service .. To be honest , I was determined not to go there any more .. Now I may reconsider after the way my complaint has been handled , to go , but to another location though.. read more

Walked in Great Clips, but was disappointed to be sent out with out hair cut after 1 hour waiting. They could have advised me to sign up online in salon shop itself to get better priority. I could have estimated my time better. Immediately I walked in to nearby Bollywood salon around closing time, but still I got my hair cut for cheaper and better. This Great Clips at location next to movie theater is a mess! You are suppose to sign in before going it give you an estimated wait time but when you get there you end up waiting for a least an hour or more. Your name may be at the top of their screen but you will watch 10 people be taken before you they will tell you that it is because they were signed in before you left and now came back. But I know this is not totally true because I heard it with my own ears and someone who works there told me so. If you are a bigger tipper you get taken first I know this for a fact. I was even told to get up out of the hair cutting chair once when some man walked in. I was told he was before me but left and came back. They can do what ever they like with this sign in system. Hair dressers can be rude, been going to this one hairdresser for years because she is the only who gives a decent cut. Recently became rude and obnoxious with clients. Even got a deliberate bad cut!
