Took two of my kids to get their hair cut before school started. The wait time was quite long, but we stopped in during the afternoon and that was expected. We watched others walk away with amazing hair cuts and styles and the staff was really friendly so we thought we were in a good place. One of my kids needed their hair trimmed and the other needed their hair fixed due to a scissor incident. The trim was good, but they charged $15, like a normal cut, only she cut a very little off. Fine. The one that cut my other kids hair however, she wet the hair and disguised it. A day later after my kid had a shower, we noticed their hair wasn't even close to fixed, but now it was more obvious. I will not be going back here. read more

Checked in online. Was first in line when I got there and checked in. They said they'd be right with me. Took 5 people ahead of me. After the 5th and a 25 minute wait I politely complained that I was first in line and why are you taking people behind me ahead of me? They removed my name from first on the wait list to dead last. Said they weren't going to wait on me and that if I want my hair cut its an hour wait. I said I'll never do business with you again and I'm going elsewhere before I walked out the door. After discussing how I wanted my hair cut, length, style.I was very disappointed to see the mess my hair was. It was at least 2 inches shorter than we agreed on in the sides and the bangs are horrific!I went back and take to them. I was able to get my money back but that doesn't help the fact that I'm embarrassed to leave the house. I won't be going back. read more

The wait wasn't to long and the staff were nice. I got my hair cut just the way I wanted it. Only complaint was that I ended up getting my hair all over me and they didn't even offer to help dust the hair off or anything. read more

I went to this location thinking it would be like the other locations around the US. Not so much. When I arrived the girl checked us in and the phone rang it was for another worker , she promptly came to the phone while her client was still in his chair to discuss things with her boyfriend. Then when I was called I was called by a girl who had a make up line around her chin. That's usually not a good sign when your in the beauty field. That should have been my first red flag however I gave her a try. She completely took off more than I wanted as well as making it uneven the only way to fix it is to buzz it all. Also the whole time I was in the chair she said nothing except when her co workers were heckling her from the break room telling her they had something for her . Probably alcohol or drugs. Not very professional at all. My friend was also here at the same time and they butchered his hair as well. I will never return to this property. The only reason I never went to management was the next day was Sunday and they have strange hours and the only way to fix it is to buzz it and I wouldn't even let them attempt to fix it here. These people must've taken online classes or gotten credentials in jail. No thanks I'll never be back. read more
