The chances of getting the same person are pretty much zero. I have gone their a few times in the middle of a work day and sometimes they had 3 people working and sometimes they have 6. Friendly but not everyone listens. Took my 2 daughters in. Asked for butterfly. One lady was doing decent in my daughter's hair through think bake did closer to wolf cut which I don't care for. The other lady cut my other daughters hair way too short with just some layers. All the front is right at the chin no length difference..2 totally different cuts and made her hair look so thin now and some really short layers in it. I should have never taken them there. Last time I went for myself my hair looked fine but not what I asked so I had to go get it redone somewhere else read more

I brought my pre-teen daughter in to have her super-long curly hair trimmed. We usually go to a great place downtown, but we were in a hurry, and I thought they couldn't possibly screw up a simple 3-inch trim. What a mistake! I checked my email as she got started, and when I looked up after a few minutes, she had already chopped off way more than 3 inches. I jumped up telling her it was too much, and she told me that my daughter said to take that much off. I had just shown her how much we wanted, so she had no reason to ask my daughter if she could take more off. My daughter was so sad, and the lady really didn't seem to care at all. The only positive thing I can say is that the manager was sympathetic when I called later and did refund our money. That doesn't put 3 years of growth back on my daughters hair, though. read more
