Recently, they also installed windows on the north side of our home including a patio door. We highly recommend this company. They were not the cheapest quote that we received, but they "ticked all the boxes" for us. They are a long-established local company who manufacture the windows right here in Calgary. They also have "in-house" installers and this is very important to us. It adds so much accountability, in our opinion. And, of course, we had a great previous experience with this company. The quality of the product is excellent and the workmanship is evident in both production and installation. Starting with the person who came out to discuss and quote the windows, the person who came and measured the windows, and the excellent installers - we are just so happy with our decision. This was not a "hail claim" but we do have hail damage from last year. While getting the roofing and siding quotes, whenever I mentioned that we were also going to replace some windows, we were really impressed with how many of those other companies mentioned Western Windows. They gave high praise, and what amazed me the most, is that some of those companies also install windows. Wow. That says a lot! I really wanted to share our experience, especially for anyone struggling with a decision. There are so many companies to choose from and sometimes it can be hard to decide who to select.
