Never again will I be taking my vehicle to these monkeys. Everything was great until one of the techs. broke my fuel return connector to the fuel filter. Took them almost an hour to find a part ( not OEM). They did knock off $50 for my trouble. Now the bad part beside them not replacing it with OEM. Driving home last night the hose blew off the fuel filter cap. Lucky the junk hose clamp was still on the hose. Had to pull over and put it back on until I got to Auto Zone last night to get the correct clamp. Did I mention it was at night. PS, you have to replace the fuel line assembly not just the connector. They didn't want to make it right and spend the money. Hopefully this review will help someone else. read more

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. they left my drain plug loose. (HAND TIGHT) cracked my oil filter housin. I had an oil leak and I had no idea why I was having to put a quart of oil in every other week. brought it to Panama City Toyota and they where the ones that told me all of this. tried to call and just inform them that this happened and they hung up on me with out saying anything. I wasn't asking for them to cover the cost or anything. I am beyond livid. you're better off not changing your oil for 2 years than going here. read more

These folks are local to PCB and still treated an out-of-towner with great service. Super quick, not pushy on "extra sales", and the perfect stop for a last minute vacation oil change. The employees were so kind and helpful. I was on a road trip and had to have a cover removed from under my car because it was dragging. They removed it so quickly and didn't charge me since it was a simple repair. True kindness and honesty is precious nowadays and I am so grateful. Today, 1-17-2024, i went to the Greasepro on Thomas Drive. Arrived at 3PM. Manager came out told me it would be about 15 minutes which was fine with me. At 4:00 a team member told me my car was done and when the guy underneath was finished, I could leave. I sat in my car for 15 minutes finally getting out to find out why i am still here. This in when both came out from somewhere and saw I was upset and manager told to get out so I did. FOREVER. Look for the flyers in the South Lagoon area warning neighbors do not go to this location. Fast and friendly service. In and out in 25 minutes with everything carefully explained. Will definitely use again. In all honesty, the second visit is where my trust is earned. Many times the "upsell" are filters, batteries, etc. So when I return in a few months for an oil/filter change and yet another new battery is recommended after I just got a new one...well, I probably won't return. Same for air filters the way I drive - I just don't need them every oil change. However, on this visit, great service and thank you. DON'T EVER, EVER GO HERE! I would have given them a 0 if I could. Went to this establishment on the 17th to have a oil change done for a trip that day to southern Florida. Paid 74.85 to have a synthetic oil change done to my car. Left and headed to southern Florida. Arrived to find out the next day that car was leaking oil. Call this establishment spoke to person who said they were the manager. He said to go to a local oil change place or garage since there is no Grease Pro locations where I was located and to see him when I got back for a discount on the next oil change. Took the car to local shop about 5 blocks away from where I was staying. They ran checked out car. PLUG AND FILTER NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. Oil covered the bottom of my car, had to have it cleaned off, and a new oil change. Came back on the 22nd to PCB went to establishment spoke with a person who stated the manager was not there he was in Bayou George and was not able to come to this location today. He would be in the rest of the week. I went back today the 24th. It was sprinkling outside and the manager was not happy that I would not pull my car into the garage.I told him I did not want anyone to mess with my car (I was leary that they would alter my car in some way and there is no way to make sure of that since they would be down in a pit under my car) I would like a refund for the amount I paid to have the oil change done there since I had to have it redone at a different location due to their inability to put a filter and plug in correctly. He refused to talk to me or take care of the refund since I was inconveniencing him with the sprinkles of rain outside. He walked away inside. I told him that I would be contacting the corporate office and the better business bureau about this incident. read more

Traveling and needed an oil change, usually go to our local dealer. Way overpriced for only an oil change, didn't even check other fluids or tire pressure. Go to a local car dealer for service. Do not recommend. read more
