The first time I looked at the boat they told me about an issue with the trailer and with enormous amounts of integrity went above and beyond to make this purchase perfect. I've had the boat for 3 months now ... we've had a great time with it and and it has run flawlessly. I've called a couple times to figure out things with the boat that I didn't understand and they've continued to go above and beyond to help me including FaceTiming me while I was with this sleek watercraft. They continue to impress me despite the relatively minuscule amount of cash I spent with them compared to buying a new Malibu. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I live 5 hours South of WSA Fort Worth and wouldn't hesitate to come back to purchase from them again (there are other Malibu dealers in between us). Sam met us at the storage unit because a tail light on the trailer was not working. He fixed it and knew everything the boat/trailer needed and advised us accordingly. We wanted to do something fun with the kids. We originally planned to rent from another business…read morebut they didn't do rentals because of the lake flooding. They recommended we try Sam's Dock. The hours of the business say they close at 8 pm. No where on their site or at their location do they state the last rental was at 6 pm. We arrived at 6:02 and the woman wouldn't rent a jet ski to us. It was disappointing for the kids but we decided to return the next day. We arrived with plenty of time to rent a jet ski. There were 5 of us but it turns out we can't rent a jet ski for 3. Because of this, we didn't want to leave one child alone at the dock so we opted to rent one jet ski and my husband took the kids out to the lake one at a time. We sat at the restaurant, which was closed, in between the kids' turns. The minimum rental is 2 hours on the jet skis and you have to pay for gas on top of the rental fee. This was a surprise to us. We ended up having to pay an extra $50+ for the gas for 2 hours. Just be aware of that. This side of the lake there wasn't any parking fee so that was good. I think they provided us with a military discount, which was great. My husband mentioned the young man didn't know how to use the point of sale computers either. It took at least 30 minutes to check in and pay before getting on the jet ski so make sure to factor in that your timing.

So they give us some pontoon boat that is in horrible shape literally falling apart and in disrepair. It had dozens of big cockroaches come out of the well, the fender was literally falling off of it and needing screwed back in. Also there were very dangerous screws hanging off it that someone could have easily ended up in the hospital over. What's worse is the young dark haired kid that receives the boats back in was rude and when we wanted to bring up these safety issues when returning the boat not only did not care to listen was rude and walked off while trying to explain the safety issues on the boat we had rented. Simply did not care About safety of their future guests. Did not have the time or customer service skills and did not take the safety seriously literally walked off while we were trying to explain the issues with the boat. Because of that last one. The safety issue, and because of the roach infestation, we cannot recommend this boat rental or marina. Roach infestations And lack of focus on safety are both showstoppers.

All of my wires are hooked to one battery when I have a total of 4 batteries for the setup, nothing was done right I'm still having problems with my system that they said they fixed to be optimal. They fixed one thing and that was my livewells but the circulation still isn't working, the "technicians" did work on my boat charged me for parts then proceeded to tell me that they added no new wires when in the invoice you can see for yourself. The "technicians" were rude, terrible customer service and the lady that answers the phone, " I'm assuming she's the wife to "Russel" had a terrible attitude, proceeded to talk under her breath an called me a slur after I got onto one of her sons for talking bad to me when he messed up the job. If it was a misunderstanding then fine but he was a very defensive and angry fellow if you say something about his work. Not professional at all. Overall the service was terrible, I waited about 2 weeks for a whole lot of nothing, just to have to bring it back and pay another $300. They say warranty on parts and labor but that's where they get you. I felt taking advantage of and treated differently than other clients I know that came here. They still faced the same problems with service. I still gave them a chance out of good faith. Never again. Russel and Tyler were the only ones semi-professional. Also, went to get my wiring redone, they said I didn't want it replaced but on the invoice you can see "organized", definitely not.
