The prices to rent is pretty much the same standard process anywhere. There is a pool with limited hours available to tenants, there is a small gym s well, but nothing fancy. The community is quite and fairly well maintained. There are a few things that needed maintenance in the apartment, and so far the management office has been pretty quick to respond and take action.

In example I am buying a home I let them know they say if I use there realitor i dont have to pay termination break fee be cause realitor gives them a kick back of commission thats extremely unethical. I use realitor not good and acted unprofessional when I terminated her services so i decide to use my own realitor and pay the termination fee. I go put in my 60 day notice they require and want termination fee up front our will not take my notice i try to explain that my break fee check is coming when i close on house. Nope the manager Shannon says it has to be upfront our can not take my notice causeing me to keep apartment longer. I understand i have a lease and willing to pay my termination so they still getting there money just very greedy, rip off, unwillingness to work with residents and unethical company STAY AWAY.
