He goes back and returns to say the ticket was messed up and the pizza wasn't made. I asked if he was sure because I saw an order that looked correct and he said that was for "Mark". Now we are waiting for a pizza that was supposed to be ready at 12:15 and now will supposedly be ready by 1:00 pm. We went out to the car and out comes the food prep worker to have a smoke break! I was like how is there time to smoke when you screwed up the order! We went back in to wait and a man was complaining about multiple health code violations he had witnessed while watching this lady. I saw her touch her hair with her gloved hands and drop a pizza prep tool on the floor and she just put it back on the counter to use again....did not wash it. Then I saw her look at the order tickets and take one over and put it in the boxes that were ready and remove the ticket that said Mark. I had my daughter see the name on the ticket now and sure enough had my name. I went up to the counter and told the cashier and he went back and brings out my order that had been sitting there for 45 minutes at this point!!! He asked if the order looked okay. I said by now it is cold and I don't want it! I cancelled my order. Will not order food from this Casey's again. Ridiculous is a nice description for this experience.
