As soon as I walked in the door, the salesperson helped me. I told him what I was looking for, and he guided me through the entire process. This is the type of customer service that you can't get at a big department store. After I selected the suits I wanted, the salesperson offered to hem the trousers while I waited. There weren't a lot of customers in the store at the time; so, he asked me to wait 15 minutes. He hemmed the trousers, packed my new suits in suit bags, and I was on my way. It took me less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon from walking in the door to walking out with new suits that look great and fit perfectly. I'm making B&E my new go-to shop for suits.

I liked The Batman Animated Series , but I especially like the voice of Harley Quinn. Thank you Arleen Sorkin. Arleen Sorkin definitely set the standard for women doing Harley Quinn voice. The book Mad Love was brought to my attention when I visited Comic World one day. Harley Quinn went through a series of changes, but the Batman Animated Series and The Arkham Series Games are my favorite looks. Margot Robbie was okay as Harley Quinn, but I did not like the Bootyshorts she had to wear through the movie. I don't feel this is how Harley Quinn is. I always received great service at this store and great advice. I also appreciated the advance calls for comics I was intrested in. Great times at this shop.

We contacted the shop to let them know we received a defective product, and we were told all sales are final. I understand store policies, but I find it very disappointing that there is no support or exchange offered for a product that is clearly not working as intended when purchased. This is especially frustrating given that many customers use these products for medical relief and are already struggling financially. I was not asking for a refund because I changed my mind, only because the item is defective and unusable. I hope the business considers updating its policy to better handle situations where a product simply does not work. In West Virginia, an "All Sales Final" policy legally bars you from returning an item simply because you changed your mind. However, it does not void the retailer or manufacturer's responsibility for defective products . Merchants cannot use an "all sales final" disclaimer to bypass product safety or failure laws .
