I thought this was expensive but was giving them business based on the experience I had with their HVAC service. After unclogging the tub they said they would write up the invoice and be back. I was shocked to hear 300$. I was told the invoice would be emailed to me. It took 4 days and 2 phone calls to receive it. Then when I asked why it was so much I was told they charge an extra 95$ helper fee. I asked why they did not mention that before I requested service because they certainly let me know about the other fees all she could say was sorry. I am very disappointed in this company and will never use these guys for anything ever again. I strongly recommend using another company as well. These guys are charging ridiculous fees.
