Amy Cygan was the laser technician and she was VERY knowledgeable and thorough and the pain wasn't bad at all. When I got home I started freaking out that I dropped so much money in one day and I actually thought about just paying for that first session and getting my money back on the next 8 sessions I prepaid for UNTIL 5-7 days later my hair started falling out.
