I continue to see her as the toxin issue in my body has caused so many symptoms and no other doctor has ever tried to address the issue, just cover up symptoms. Many of them have improved. When new or old symptoms pop up, she addresses them head on with a treatment plan. I originally saw her at her previous clinic but was seen recently in her "new" location. It's absolutely lovely - warm and inviting just like the doctor and staff! Dr. Fashandi goes above and beyond to help and responds even outside of office hours to make sure the patient is taken care of. She is an amazing doctor and human being and I'm so thankful for her!

I've been on HRT for almost two decades and wanted to continue since it has been a life-changer! Dr. Fashandi had excellent reviews and I was lucky enough to get an appointment fairly quickly. 4 total good veins collapsed. I had my first bicep strain just from holding something weighing less…read morethan 2 lbs at a 90 degree angle. I love Margo. She said they'll grow back but it's been months now and recently in feb two more collapsed. The time before last Dr. Donaldson didn't clean the site and a little ball formed in the vein before it completely collapsed. I tried to make an appt w the nurse but she wasn't available and regrettably I had Dr. Donaldson again. This time a bubble in my arm formed and I had to ask him to abort and point to the bubble. He took his time poking and prodding on the bubble before removing the needle. I don't like that he moves the needle around under the skin over and over and over again to find the vein with the needle in the arm. I've never seen anyone do that and it worries me that he is ripping at the vein. In my case w all 4 collapsed now-its likely he was. I didn't like that he talked openly about a personal diagnosis of mine in front of a patient I didn't know. That was definitely a breach of confidentiality. No inside voice at all. I also didn't like that I had to request my lab results from meridian valley and be prompted to complete an ROI after two messages were left for him to email me those result w nada even till now and lastly- I didn't like that he never returned my message on the homeopathic he recommended for new eczema issue on my hands. I've been getting veinipuncture for years- no issues and saw Dr. Abellera consistently with 3 different nurses giving IV Drips- no issues. I have an upcoming procedure and they will have to be very creative to find a vein. I had the best and now they are gone. :/

I think many doctors are burned out by the…read morepaperwork and amount of people who need help and that while there are some absolutes it's all something in progress. It's not like an off on switch, your ankle/knee/back is unhealthy and you magically get better. The reality is that the best doctors listen and do their best to help you improve. I've had a complex set of issues that have exacerbate each other and Dr Vaughn is the second specialist I've gone to specifically for my knee. He listened and while I am not magically all better he gave me the feedback about what I could/should do and didn't try to sell me something. Instead, he did the examination and then recommended the MRI because the bones look fine but the soft stuff isn't visible in an xray (the first specialist told me age and arthritis and recommended a shot that only made things worse). I'm expecting at best that I'll know whether there is something that needs to be repaired but at worst I'll at least discover enough to help me improving my mobility and management of pain. I feel that Dr Vaughn is the best kind of doctor for me, someone who listens and cares to help figure it out, educational about the limits that I must set and encouraging.
