She didn't mention anything about making us wait that long in the lobby, but when I mentioned it, she just said "I know". I am usually happy with the service I get there, but it really has changed to be much worse!! I couldn't help but think we were not important and something they had to deal. These just my impressions from today. Prior visits had a different staff and doctor on duty and they were much better. If you are reading this, I hope you have a better experience than the one I just had.
