He wanted me to keep a journal of how I was feeling so I did. When he FINALLY got to the room he asked if he could read some of what I had been writing. Sure I said. I was livid because he was already an hour late so I had put down in my journal that I was ticked off and I wished that I could get in my car find out what room he was in, run through the building, and run over him, back up and do it again. He told me he felt afraid for his life and that it would be in his best interest if I found another doctor. I told him I had intended to anyway and now I have the best doctor anyone could ever want, and oh by the way. I don't have seizures anymore. My new doctor found the right medicine for them within a month.

Be prepared for an overload of paperwork from a secretary who only cares about getting it all…read moresigned. Also there is a big no firearms sign. The nurse seems friendly enough. Nurse practitioner is polite and thorough the phlebotomist did a good job and was quick.

this doctors office is horrible. everytime we go the people there are rude including the nurses,…read moredoctors- everyone! doctor bilbrey and doctor jarl are both not someone i would ever go to again. they are constantly not listening to the issues you have and just down right seem to not care about their patients at all. why are there no good doctors anymore? where did they all go? is money really the only thing that they think abou these days? it is so disappointing to realize that the people here to help us when we are ill, really have no care at all to help. they are no longer humble. please do not go to this office if you are expecting to actually be treated like a patient or recieve medical care as needed.
