They put up plastic and ripped it all out and were able to clean it and dry it. This was really important to me because I am super allergic to mold. They did a good job and the carpet was dry after a couple of days. The reason I gave the company a 1 star is the cost for their services; it was over $4,000! This was for less than 3 hours of total time in the house and the renting of the equipment from Saturday morning to Monday morning. My impression after interacting with the company, is they will design their bill based on how much they think you can pay. We own a big house in an expensive neighborhood and they charged accordingly. So be careful when you use this company and get a quote before they start the work.
