They exceeded my expectation. They actually listened to what I wanted and they worked extremely hard to ensure I was satisfied. I hired them to rebuild a fountain in my back yard. I am delighted with the job they did. I was impressed by the way they cleaned everything up at the end of each day. Also, some people try to get as much as they can from you. Not Firefly; their estimate for the job was reasonable...not greedy. It's hard to find people like them in today's world. I guess the best thing I can say about Firefly is....without hesitation, I will call them the next time I need something done and I will refer them to all of my family and friends. We called a number of landscape contractors. One called us back after we called them a second time…read more The others never called us back. Firefly called us back immediately. We needed a brick paver walkway and plantings along the new walkway, in front and along one side of our home. Nathan was great to work with. He recommended which plants would work best for us based on amount of shade and sun. He told us in detail what he would do, how he would do things and when he would do it. All these things he met. I know from checking other sources that the walkway was built exactly the way they are supposed to be built. We are going to hire Firefly to build another brick paver walkway and to do additional landscaping around our home.
