The owner of this company has horrible customer service skills and a horrible attitude. A third party scheduled a wrap removal without my permission. I had to cancel that appointment and book one that would work for me. The day of the appointment, I texted a simple question about leaving the business name and phone number on my rear windshield. I was responded to with rudeness for no reason. Wayne immediately had an attitude. I called to rectify whatever it was that made him mad but his rudeness only got worse and he hung up on me. Needless to say, he canceled our removal and told me not to contact his company again. I went out of my way to make sure he was ok with doing this removal due to they fact that he had an issue with the third party that was directing me to use him for the removal. I did not deserve this treatment and want others to be warned of the way they may possibly be treated. You canceled the appointment I made by hanging up on me and texting me to not call your business again.
