I had such a wonderful experience working with this shop on Divine Street near downtown Columbia…read moreand USC. The owner is incredibly kind, personable, and truly takes the time to walk you through everything--fonts, colors, patterns, and options--so you feel confident in what you're choosing. I ordered custom embroidered handkerchiefs for both a First Communion and a Quinceañera as gifts for the parents, and I absolutely loved how they turned out. The quality is beautiful, and you can tell she really cares about her work. Her pricing is very reasonable for the level of detail and customization she provides, and the turnaround time was impressively quick--my order was completed in just a few days. The shop itself is tucked into a small shopping area off Divine Street, a bit of a hidden gem, but definitely worth finding. It was truly a pleasure supporting such a hardworking young entrepreneur who has built something special. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for meaningful, personalized pieces.

It was not changed. There were no modifications. I purchased the shirts ahead of time, locally, and brought them to you. This was NOT an unfortunate series of changes. There were, in fact, NO changes. Admittedly, the work was good. But, by your own admission, it was not done BY you, and you charged me MORE for it than we agreed. If I knew who did the work, I'd give them 5 stars. I realize now that I gave your business credit it was not due for the quality of the embroidery. This review now reflects the exceptionally long time it took to have the work done, the lack of customer service, the unexpected extra cost, the misleading nature of your response to my original review, and the accusation that I have been anything less than honest. * Lowered review to 1 star from 2 star * Did quality work for me at a reasonable price. I had embroidery done. I wasn't in a hurry to get it. But, by the time it was completed, I needed long sleeve shirts instead of the short sleeved ones I had done because so much time had elapsed and it was cool out. Turns out there was some issue with their embroidery machine. They just dropped the ball by not telling me about the delay. And, the original price they estimated was off because they outsourced the job to someone else. Overall, I'm OK with the work, underimpressed with the communication, and looking for a new embroidery place.

It's rare these days to come across an individual who seems to genuinely care about providing a great experience. She was so helpful getting me to make up my mind about what type of shirt to use and when she didn't know the answer to something, she got quick answers from the rest of the staff. I contacted them late Tuesday for a rush order, and they accepted my request and told me shirts would be ready before lunch today! If she is a reflection of the quality of product they provide, then I'm sure I'll be using them often.
