I made…read morearrangements to bring some work out to her and have alterations done along with some patches sewn on to leather and jean jackets. We also planned a day for me to come out and drop off all the garments. So about 1 week later I took everything out to Kellys Sewing Center to drop off. I live in Harbor Creek and its a 45 minute drive one way to her shop from where I live. When I got there the shop was locked and closed with no lights on even though her website on GOOGLE busness and Yelp business stated OPEN NOW. I checked all this before leaving my house to make sure I dont waste my time effort and money. I called the phone number 4 times from the parking lot but when the automated phone answered my phone, I got a recording asking me for an access code. I could not even leave a message. So I had to drive back home. It was 1.5 hours of my time and gas in my car wasted because of this situation and I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT. So the next day I called and some guy answered and I told him the situation and was still going to do business with them depending on how they handled this. Well the man I spoke to said to me "That's Life Buddy". He offered no explanation or apology and told me Kelly was taking a few days off out of the 4 days per week she is open. When I told him calmly that I was going to leave bad reviews on how they do business , he was rude and hung up on me. I can see they have an attitude and they will never get my business. There is no excuse for that kind of disrespect and attitude towards people that spend money at their business. It tells us all in the Erie, PA area quite a bit about their work and their business and how they treat their customers. I suggest everyone take your alterations and sewing work somewhere other than Kelly's Sewing Center where the customer is treated with respect and without this prima donna attitude. I wont ever go there again.

There could've been a nice way to say things. Also, whenever she claims she can't do a piece (my last two visits), she rushes me off feeling empty. When your tailor makes you feel like you're walking on eggshells to talk to her, that defeats the whole purpose. Ironically, while I was changing back in the dressing room, she had a different customer come in and her face lit up and so did her voice. Terrible and unequal customer service.

We owe a huge thank you to DJ Butch Knight at Dynamic Sounds for helping make our wedding so…read moreperfect! DJ Butch is professional, helpful, friendly and creative! DJ Butch quickly understood our music tastes and our uplighting preferences for our wedding and he exceeded our expectations. He was flexible to meet and really took time to listen and give thoughtful suggestions, really diminishing my stress as far as music and entertainment at our ceremony and reception. He was extremely prompt at returning emails, phone calls, and text messages. When we met with Butch the first time I told him "we want a wedding where everyone is talking about how much fun it was and one that everyone is dancing the whole night." DJ Butch made that happen! He pleased our guests from ages 2-82 by playing a variety of targeted music that everyone loves. He kept almost all of our guests on the dance floor the entire night! In fact, the floor was so packed that it overflowed into the adjacent room. DJ Butch was extremely accommodating with arriving early to set up before the wedding and entertained our guests as they arrived with music that we requested. He had a wireless microphone system, which worked so well that everyone could hear the ceremony clearly along with speeches during the reception. The music was PERFECT for each component of our wedding -- from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the entrances into the reception, dinner music, and then of course the reception. His uplighting was stunning. I was taken back by how beautifully lit our venue was when I walked into the reception. DJ Butch really created the perfect environment for our reception. You can tell that he is dedicated and has a passion for pleasing crowds. He even took time to study our parents and bridal parties first and last names to ensure that he didn't mispronounce anyone's name! He also helped me create a special music mix for my mom and I to dance to for the mother/daughter dance, which was special to us and a huge hit as guests watched us dance to a variety of upbeat popular songs. We highly recommend Dynamic Sounds to anyone who is looking for amazing music and beautiful uplighting for a special event! Dynamic Sounds will remain our top recommendation when talking with family, friends, and really anyone who is looking for a DJ in Northwestern Pennsylvania. THANK YOU DJ BUTCH! You really helped to make our wedding "the best wedding ever," quoted from guests during and after the wedding, and so perfect and special for Taylor and I!
